The only thing that concerns me is how much was taken off. Sure it’s flat but you need to know if there is going to be interference with the pistons & if it’s had so much removed that it will raise the compression ratio enough to cause problems.
@@hasturm1232 but the turner should advice the mechanic how much thickness was taken off during the machining process...Did you see the turner measuring the head thicknes before and after the final machining? no
It's a 3 cylinder Suzuki hhead if you know anything about that head you will see by the combustion chamber there is a lot of room between the piston and the head before they hit learn something about your comment before you make a fool of yourself 🤔🤔😱😱😱😱💯🇦🇺

@@thomasbor that's right I know what I'm taking about I have modified more motors than you would have ever touched that's how you increase h.p. as fit larger valves grind the cam to snap the valves open and shut faster strenthen the big ends lighten the flywheel port and polish the inlet and exhaust ports fit more efficient inlet and exhaust manifolds add a better fuel system pussy an electric radiator fan as well remove manual water pump and fit an electric water !!!!! Pump I don't think it is up to me to teach you any more because you wouldn't understand go back to fixing bicycles you don't know enough about petrol motors or diesel petrol injection or anything else go back to your mummy she might help you with your education little boy stick to your Lego blocks!!!!!!!??????☹☹😱😱😱😱💯🇦🇺
Big deal! My dad resurfaced a four cylinder head on the sidewalk finished it off with a file, checked it to make sure it was flat & true put it on the auto, worked perfect. I couldn't do it but he was a Machinist for about twenty five years.🤠👍
hey on the back side of your mounting plate, have you thought about counter sunk screws like you have on the lathe jaws that way your mounting plate would sit flat?
I filed a 4 cylinder block flat, in the car, that had been so warped it came in with two head gaskets. Owner could not afford the maching work so I offered to try it. Better part of a long day. But it was flat when it left. With one gasket and ran for a year before the.kid sold it.
Прежде чем так торцевать ГБЦ надо знать параметры станка а это подтрение по паспорту идёт 2 сотки на 200 мм по итогу получаем яму посередине головы и это будет считаться браком
Не знаю, как насчет этой головы, но у меня volvo 940, допуск завода на параллельность по длине головки составляет 0.5мм, по ширине 0,25мм. Длина головки 450мм. А вы тут о каких то двух сотках говорите.

This is not a turner problem but for mechanics that make the work. The turner give what you want, after you find a solution, if there is a solution.
