This is the first time starting and running the 1929 John Deere Model D that I am restoring. This tractor sat for 20+ years and was seized when I got it.
Sounds good. Just a FYI only the back of the fan was yellow from the factory and was brush painted. Nice sounding D. I have a 1930 1931 both D's and my dad has a 1948 D
Thanks for the information! I did not know it was only the backs of the fans that were painted. I did hand paint though. Nice little collection of D’s you have, I also have a 1937 and 1942 D
