    For sure on my next mod lift wise I'm running icons right now without resis and I love em! But I just want an upgrade here in another year or so but I think I'm going to get mine powder coated silver and black and maybe a little red.     Check your nitrogen pressures to make sure they're up to spec. Mine were off a little and it makes a difference. Love my Kings! Been running them for 5 years on both my 4Runners.

    Feedback on leaf springs......how much weight do you think your carrying in the rear? Do you still have an arch in springs or are they flatted out? GREAT VIDEO BTW!

    Sweet rig man. I like the dirt Kings UCA . I'll be installing some Fox DSC 2.5 and some dirt Kings uca on the 22nd on my 5th gen 4Runner can't wait.

    I heard you need to wrap kings in 3m tape otherwise they look like hell in a year's time? I really want them but am worried about the install on a Power Wagon

    How much thread is on the shocks?? When i install my 2 years a go i put a driver side on 1.7/8” and a passenger side 1 5/8”, im correct?

    Id set the lift height if you are actually doing serious offroading to 2”-2.5”max.

      This is my fear taking my vehicle to a shop for modifications and repairs. This can really screw with your head and wallet 2000 miles down the road. After you spent 2 hours in a frozen garage trying to figure out why your vehicle is not rolling smoothly; you are really pissed at yourself for paying someone else to set-up your vehicle.

    i got my truck lifted 3in. by 4wheel parts they told me i didnt need a diff drop when you only lifting your truck 3in.

    I just subcribed to your channel I have a 2012 Tacoma lifted I love your channel the mechanical content for me is so helpful the lift one and the exhaust one I have to do a diff drop on it and have to put a new exhaust on it did not know which one would sound good till your video I agree the S type Borla thats the best one sounds sweet thanks mate keep making the videos I sure enjoy them, do you have T shirts and stuff of the tacoma beast at all? take care cheers Lloyd

      it's like a Cadillac, extremely smooth! you can also adjust the knobs for your desired comfort ride.

      most of the time aftermarket suspension is an upgrade over stock, in the towing department.

      We adjusted the driver coil to take into account the taco lean. 🙌

    before these King Shocks. using the Eibach. Was there any modifications done. I was doing some reading and it said if you aftermarket you can't bring your truck back to stock is that true?

      For those that ask why would someone want you want to go back to stock is if you were to trade or sell the truck.

      That is usually the case when you have to cut your cross member to fit a 6” lift. This would NOT be the case with any of the lifts we installed on our truck.

    I just want for my 2007 fj cruiser 2 Wheel drive to replace my original shocks for a better conforble
    Ride on regular roads. I was told Ranchos are good fit but I don't know which one for the front & back. What specific shocks,( i guess package or kit & comes with strats & spring coils) affordable purchase do you recommend ? Only the shocks?

      no, these kings fit onto a factory vehicle, and they provide lift themselves, they dont require a lift to be installed, there's a difference.

      Bilsteins would be a better DD setup in my opinion.

    I want to lift my Tacoma to Adleast 6 in. What suspension lift kits would you recommend? I’m looking for all in 1 kit. I am not too familiar with lifting a vehicle. I lifted my old 4Runner with a 3 in suspension kit from rough country. But please comment what you guys think!

      6in kits are just for looks, no functional improvement, our advice is to stay away unless all you wanna do is mall crawl. If you want more capability, then 3in is where its at

      Really depends on the shop you go to, a lot of shops will quote you some insane amounts simply because they don’t want to do it so ask around a lot 🤙😂

    Something that has bothered me concerning the cost of these sets is you spend thousands and you still mount the reservoir with some cheese hose clamps.
