How To Make A Po'Boy with Isaac Toups

  • Chef Isaac Toups is back, this time showing us how to make a classic fried seafood po' boy. The shrimp and oysters are tossed in a mixture of cornmeal and corn flour for a crispy and light batter, and the whole sandwich is dressed in a simple tomato and onion salad. The result is the ultimate Louisiana sandwich.

He's literally not. These videos are largely improvised. Andrew Rea's videos use, at the very least, multiple voice takes. They're carefully planned out. If you've seen the Toups + Rea video on Binging with Babish, you'll see that Rea is actually not all that good at improvising, and actually not all that comfortable with Toups' potentially un-pc jokes. Very different video styles, very different people.
