Respect for this guy! Not only for how hard he works, but he doesn’t knock the competition! He talked about how the Vietnamese influence with their banh minh sandwiches have grown in NOLA!

I ate my first po'boy here this year-- shrimp and oyster. It very well could be the best sandwich I've ever had.

65 years ago(I am 77 now)my family went to New Orleans. I loved the Po'boy and I think it was the oyster loaf not sure. The place was a few blocks behind canal street called George's I think. A little place but recommended by locals. My dream is to come to New Orleans, see the French Quarters again, and have Po' Boys. I will definitely come to eat at your place. I live in Southern Virginia now.

New Orleans inhabitants are so chilled I admire them. The two Martin brothers, Ben and Clovis, streetcar/tram employees, invented the poor boy sandwich in the 1920s.

12:20 is my favourite part of this video. A rustic hand made sandwich is how it should be done. Deep filled and who cares if there’s 5 shrimp more or less than the last sandwich.
