nice man!! how many months of training did it take you? I can currently hold a 10 second tuck. I’ve mainly been working on front lever and can hold a 12 second strattle
So informative! Good stuff as always! I will do a planche challenge on my channel soon in which I’ll start with the beginner tuck planche and see how far I can progress if I focus 100% only on the planche for 30 days. I will try out all your tips and incorporate them in my training. So excited to try them out. Thanks!
When should I do Calisthenics skills? Should i do after my warmup? After my workout? Just tell me because I want to know more about Calisthenics Skills!
@@megamastah im 177 Cm and 64 kg, i agree planche should be train twice a week i dont understand i have Good levers but going from tuck to advanced tuck is hard, i will get it for sure this summer
@@megamastah reaaaly depends how does your training look like, like im doing attemps 6 days a week so volume isnt that high and i don't get sore while seeing nice progresses
Great tips! I've been doing most of these and just achieved a 10 second straddle planche

@@victorupreti6285 Took me 2.5 years from no planche to 10s straddle. Tuck to straddle takes a while. Just gotta stay consistent
Incredible calisthenic strength👍

You won’t make significant progress in just 30 days
@@street-workoutnation2964 I think so too but I wanna try it out. I might change it to 2 or 3 months tho.
Thanks

If you do it everyday it will be easy but it will take a bit
@@brysonhelms4135 i can front for 17 sec but cant even straddle planche
@@brysonhelms4135 The worst thing you can do is to train it every day. Also not everybody is 16 and 1.60 m to see fast gains.
