    Great tips! I've been doing most of these and just achieved a 10 second straddle planche

      nice man!! how many months of training did it take you? I can currently hold a 10 second tuck. I’ve mainly been working on front lever and can hold a 12 second strattle

      @@victorupreti6285 Took me 2.5 years from no planche to 10s straddle. Tuck to straddle takes a while. Just gotta stay consistent

    do you have the link to these parallettes? I'd imagine most would work but these look extra sturdy and the height seems perfect

    So informative! Good stuff as always!
    I will do a planche challenge on my channel soon in which I’ll start with the beginner tuck planche and see how far I can progress if I focus 100% only on the planche for 30 days. I will try out all your tips and incorporate them in my training. So excited to try them out. Thanks!

      @@brysonhelms4135 The worst thing you can do is to train it every day. Also not everybody is 16 and 1.60 m to see fast gains.

      @@megamastah im 177 Cm and 64 kg, i agree planche should be train twice a week i dont understand i have Good levers but going from tuck to advanced tuck is hard, i will get it for sure this summer

      @@megamastah reaaaly depends how does your training look like, like im doing attemps 6 days a week so volume isnt that high and i don't get sore while seeing nice progresses
