Your age is irrelevant. Every time you state your chronological age, you unknowingly tell your subconscious mind (and others) that you’re too old to do the thing. Try saying the same thing you just said but leave the “70” out. It’s a much more empowering statement. Inserting your age makes it sound like… “Look at this handicap I have, yet I’m doing it anyway.“ Your age is not a handicap.

Training with resistance bands to increase your pull-strength.... Have you incorporated this into your training yet????? Don't use super light or super heavy bands... Work on your explosive pulls some days.. And do pull-ups at a controlled speed somedays

Sir you changed the way I viewed physical fitness (sorry 'training'). I would say that this is much more harder and completely different than what I used to do in the gym.
