Totally hooked right from the top. Most common sense intro and philosophy I’ve heard in a long time. In my 60’s, just retired and love being able to train without being banged up by working instead.
Even while still 'scratching the surface' I'm already getting lots of questions from people at the gym where I get my inspiration from :) I keep referring to this educational and inspirational channel, together with a couple of others, such as @Strength Side. Thx Lee!
Thank you Lee I am 64 have worked out all my life and am finding this routine interesting. I can do the dyno with the exception of the one arm hold I dislocated my rotator cuff in 1989 and had it rebuilt but just not sure of it in this routine. Yet
I don't think I've ever seen a video with you wearing shoes! You must wear some kind of shoes living in Alaska, but I'm just curious what kind of shoes you wear? All I can assume is they are minimalistic? Please let me know, or make a video on footwear if you think it's worth letting everyone know your thoughts on footwear outside of training gyms and the house, especially when you live somewhere cold! Thanks for all you do and share with us here on RUclips.
hi man, I joined a capoeira class like 2 months ago. In one of ur videos, I think you said breakdancing is the best art to build body mastery. (the instructors are good) whats ur opinion on capoeira? What other martial arts or physical activities you believe are best for body mastery? (parkour, tricking, gymnastics, breakdance??)

It continues to amaze me that as many videos as I've watched on your channel, I still learn something new. Thanks!

Great teaching, Thanks
Happy to say I can do all the exercises shown except the meat hook. Although I’ll give it a try! At 67 years old you can teach an old dog new tricks!😊
me train now the L extension
and the full chain then
slowing the video down is great for understanding this core information
thank you lee

This is really what I should do...
Hopefully I find a good bar at the gym but I doubt it. Never so wide... I wish I could go this somewhere!

Amazing video.
Perfect execution of Production.
Fam you are a beast!
Desire, right beliefs and correct path are important. It’s also helpful not to be 50 lbs overweight.
Doesn't hanging grip give out before abs
Would this core exercise work with rings? I might be able to rig up some rings but a bar like that is probably not gonna happen.
Of course.
Let’s get weird
hey man make a video about tumbling?
You look like ex UFC fighter Donald Cerrone
But you cant do this at home or a regular gym.
Two poles and a bar ... or just hang some rings up .
