I just got done mixing dough for onion rolls. It’s a no knead dough, half the recipe, adding poppy seeds and onion soup mix to the dough. It’s fermenting now for 2 hours, will shape later, into the fridge overnight and bake in the morning. Eat with cream cheese, yum. The book, Inside the Jewish Bakery, recommends dried onion, which I always use, even for Bialys.
Your video is hilarious and at the same, so natural...... In England, our sausage or onion rolls look much different to yours. ...... I am unsure how I could share my experiences with you but all I can say is that between England and America, there is a huge, although interesting difference. .....at least with onion rolls, anyway. I love to see your beautiful family being included.... So much fun and love. Love and Blessings, always being sent from me to you. ❤️❤️
shalom from prague - i love watching your videos - would love to see the end product as well - like how the onion roll would look and also in another video you did a lovely potatoe onion kugel with your friend but we didnt get to see the end result
Question- is it harder in winter as sundown comes much sooner, so less time to get everything done? Just curious. Maybe summer is easier because people are less hungry, or because longer sunlight so more time to get stuff done? Bless you all. x.
Oh boy I was waiting for a new video. Just watching you makes me wanna be a better mom and wife - how do you do that? :D Thank you for sharing!! PS you look beautiful!!

Looks fun in your kitchen, rolls sound delish but I'll never make them.
The recipe in the section didn't say how much flour to use. How many cups of flour do you use?
Esther Shayna Kugel they said 5-5.5 cups
Cute puppy! Reminds me of ours 😍 is that a Bichone?
