So Rios is driving while intoxicated, in possession of a firearm while intoxicated, looks for altercation and shoots the guy and doesn't receive one charge? Pathetic. Piss on you SAPD.

Most officers aren’t willing to “jump on their sword”
It shows most people don’t understand much about how law enforcement works....
Any officer who goes against the system is blacklisted, attacked, and defamed.
They are targeted by the police department as well as the DA.
The government can go over all of the officers film footage for things such as rolling through stop signs, small laws broken, speeding infractions, and anything that violates policy whatsoever and charge him with anything possible.
The system is so corrupt even the people inside the system cannot stand up agains it
Their pension is targeted and few will stand up unless their pension is already locked in and they have “nothing to lose” in their life
Going against the system is similar to deciding to stop breathing air
      You can do it
      You may succeed-
But it won’t work out for you or anyone who helped you.

Officers should be charged double of what regular citizens are charged with since they are supposed to "Uphold and protect/defend the constitution". Officers involved in shootings where a victim is killed due to idiocy and lack of discipline should result in a public hanging in the center of town for everyone to see. Tyranny should not exist in the United States of America. This is supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave.

I am fully aware felons are excluded from owning, supposed mentally ill. The latter is not really enforced, you would literally have to be laying in a puddle of drool. This man would definitely be able to own a firearm is my point, i own firearms, everyone of my family members own firearms and literally all of my buddies own firearms.

I once responded to a burglary in progress. The dude had a handgun (possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony), he was a Felon (Person prohibited), and he was on Probation. When he heard us respond, he attempted to escape by hopping out of a 3-story window. He landed pretty badly on a cinderblock wall. Longstory short, he was also paralyzed from the waist down. We charged him for the above stated charges along with a few others.. And the community had the nerve to blame us for him jumping out of the window 😂.
The scumbag committed multiple felonies. No one forced him to jump out of the window. He could've just surrendered the easy way. So why feel sorry for him?
So, unless you guys witnessed the altercation, don't be so quick to judge.

It's sickening and frightening knowing there are cops like this who go unchecked. What happened to accountability? When this sorry excuse for a cop has another incident, the victim, providing they live, should have an easy lawsuit against the police department, its chief, and the mayor. That whole department needs to be restructured from the top down.
