The young lady had love in first sight, and her heartbeat was pounding rapidly.
That moment, fireworks lighted the night sky, painted the dark into colours,
Between the blooming fireworks, there was a unique Platycodon grandiflorus style fireworks.
On her head, the gentleman wore the same flower for her.

Time was ticking, Yoimiya worked really hard to complete the fireworks before the summer festival. But, she was satisfied.
She even imagined the two old spouse hugging each other, and withness together that beautiful fireworks over 50 years ago.
On the day of summer festival, Yoimiya was happily walking around, and she even helped the small kids.
To the end of the summer festival, the sky was lighted by the Platycodon grandiflorus firework made for the granny,
Yoimiya proudly look at the night sky, but at that moment, she realized...
Over 50 years, why the Platycodon grandiflorus fireworks never once lighted the sky ever again,

她和蔼可亲的眯着眼睛，给宵宫递上了一个烟花配方的纸条，
纸条已经比较破旧，老人的手也颤抖着。
宵宫接过纸条，稍微惊讶了一下，那是她还从来没有制作过的样式的烟花。
宵宫愣了一会神，然后扶着老人在一旁坐下，问她这个烟花是什么时候来他们家定制的。
老人看着天空，说：

“那是五十多年前的一个夜晚。”

“我穿梭在人群中，但这份热闹好像与我无关。”

五十多年了，为什么天空中再也没有亮起过这束烟花。
她猛然回头，感受到了老人的存在，感觉到了曾经的那对花火下的恋人，但是她只看到了桔梗花瓣慢慢飘走，她的眼眶逐渐湿润。
烟花还在绽放，但是老人却已不在，宵宫继续看向天空，她仿佛看到了那两人的重新结缘的身影。
“夏日祭上，每时每刻，都在诞生动人的故事，在烟花下相识相知的人们慢慢成长，成熟，最终老去，当他们放弃如初的烟花，天空中倒映出的依然是他们如初的模样。”
“烟花不是永恒的，但藏在烟花背后的美妙情感，我觉得应该和稻妻一起走向永恒。”
宵宫和旅行者坐在山崖上看着远方。
“我很想和你静静看一场烟花，把今夜的美景，还有你想说的话全部记录下来。”
“也许是因为，不想抱有遗憾吧~”

I really like Yoimiya's character and how she ties into the eternity theme in Inazuma.
On the surface you might assume that what Yoimiya represents is the opposite of eternity-fireworks, something which only lasts for mere moments. However as Yoimiya said in the video she thinks that it is the bond between people tied together by the fireworks which lasts eternally. This is in direct contrast with Baal's idea of eternity and the need for a physical representation in the 100 vision statue.
With Baal's trailer coming out and seeing the bonds she has lost which might have inspired her to implement the vision hunt decree. I really hope that Yoimiya would be involved in perhaps helping Baal to remember these bonds as it seems Mihoyo wants Baal to be a redeemable character
To be honest every character in inazuma who you can play might help baal become the happy girls she was

As the festival neared its end, the custom-made platycodon lit the skies.
Yoimiya proudly watched as it exploded, but it was at that moment, she realized.
It's already been fifty years, why did this platycodon only bloom in the skies again after fifty years.
She immediately turned around, as if she felt the old lady's presence, how the sweet couple stood together, yet all she could see were the platycodon petals dissolving into the night, as her eyes filled with tears at the truth.

She mainly gets hate for having a confusing kit with mediocre multipliers, but I don't think anyone hates the character. Personally I really like the character but a bit disappointed with her gameplay. If you pulled her because of her character, not really for her gameplay potential, then that all that matters!
just my opinion, I had a bit of regret pulling yoimiya still. her kit felt unfinished, it really feels as though I paid for an unfinished product. and for feeling this way I get called a meta slave. 💀
@@redroadblock_ i never did pull for her because for the gameplay potential or for seeing big numbers but ik her gameplay is a bit lacking and also feels inconsistent at times because the range of her normal attack and those kindling arrows just missing but still having people saying she is absolute garbage feels really bad because of all the effort and money spent on her and people just flat out saying she is not worth it just feels bad and makes me second guess, but she does out damage some of my other units in single target and absolutely breezes through the sabotage the balloon daily quest

This made me tear up... this is why I love the character Yoimiya. She reminds me a lot of my self, as self-indulgent as that may seem. My love of fireworks extends to my family; the memories said fireworks have in my heart. As I watch the bright colors explode in the sky I feel the bursts in my chest and remember my childhood and the wonderful memories of summer nights with not a worry in the air; just enjoyment for the present alongside those I love.

This should have been her character trailer. It hits so much harder than the one we got. It was cute idea to have the traveler go around and ask everyone what the "best thing about summer" was, but this is incredibly emotional and gives me a greater attachment towards Yoimiya as a character. Her drive, her passion, the memories preserved by these paper slips that become these beautiful, momentary moments. I loved this video.
