This house is absolutely breathtaking. The way you're able to make every room so decorated and full is amazing, especially with limited furniture. I give you a lot of credit for this. I always find building hard because I can never come up with a floorplan, I can't decorate well, my house comes out too big or something just keeps me from being able to do it. Could you make a video or something giving tips and tricks on how you create your builds if you don't already? Once again, beautiful build!
Even though i have over 30 packs/kits I love making no pack builds for those that dont have packs. People with no packs or even if you have packs deserve an amazing house like this. To be hones you should be involved in every Collab there is because you are incredible. The fact that you did the living room three times shows that you put a lot of love and time into every build. I absolutely love this build!! It turned out so well & I love how you used some of the more contemporary pieces that they've added combined with some of the more traditional ones that have been in the game for ages! I also 100% agree that the BG needs an overhaul! So many of the textures/patterns/etc from the older BG items are *so* outdated & looks so bad compared to some of the newer BG stuff we've gotten! 😂

We need more sofas in general - but especially in base game. I guess I should say we need more “normal” looking sofas. The kind you would find walking in to your own home, or a friends home.
Would you have any interest in doing a Not So Berry Series? Like, making a Mint house that is inspired by greens and mint colors, then going onto the red gen house and so on. I think that would be such a cute series and your builds would be so useful for the community.
