We are a freight forwarder and exporters are rejecting this mandate and we get a lot complaints now. They don't have the extra time and employees nor want to hire and train additional employees to deal with this. They already generate invoices from their internal software and don't want to redo invoices not have to register and set up just for Egypt. They said their invoices work worldwide and many are now saying if they are mandated they just will not sell to Egypt. Quote from a Large truck and automotive manufacture " If every country did this their own way we would have had to have 195 different systems and invoices to produce this completely impractical"

@@gigiwan3335 So what will happen i made 2 vessel delivery one month ago but Egyptian Customer is unable to clear our goods due to Nafeza Commercial Invoice format we could not uploaded on to Cargo X and noone helps us whats wrong etc.
@@ledidim1160 well it will sit in the port untill the paper work is done, and it will not be released untill then, and consider paying all the demurrage fees and such untill then. You could send your invoice to the importer and ask him for help to fill up Nafeza E-invoice he might find a way to get it done for you then send back to upload it

All documents was approved except the E-Invoice. The INVOICE PDF OK, and same with E-invoice contend, only the documents format is different. One is PDF, another one is XLSX format. E-invoice is Nafeza template invoice. But finally still not approved by Nafeza. Anyone can be help and guide it ??
there is no options to take in document "proporties" for "Nefeza invoice template" excel file and you should confirm that; "I understand that the invoice that I am uploading will be rejected if it is not in the above format" Please add to proporties "Nefeza invoice template " option !
