Awsome build…Awsome video! Seemed to be a family affair. Held my breath when you routed for the logo😂 particularly liked the no frills just gettin it done👍
Due to wood contraction or anything else; environmental elements or wood’s intrinsic changes or physical stresses, is it possible to have boards get separated thus loosing epoxy? Wood and the epoxy don’t have the same density thus will react differently.
No, my epoxy has a limits to 10 mm thickness pour in 1 time so that's why Different resin Different limits If you buy deep pour you can full fill all at once Thank you
I did a deep pour on a live edge slab. the epoxy seems a little high on one end. I tried sanding with 40/60/80/120/220 but cannot get the side of the hole to be smooth like the rest. any ideas are appreciated?
Beauty-full table. Excelent work.

It would be nice to know what you layed the boards on ,what you sanded with and what type of router bit you used.
It's plastic sheet like mold

Is there a reason to do the pour after letting each stage dry? Does it make it stronger than doing the pour all at once? Thank you
