Well if you are dealing with a man that is more rational than emotional, you are not going to "trigger" any emotion out of him because he will be thinking properly. The important thing is to realize the golden rule. You want to receive their burning desire/passion as they do want the same for you. You want loyalty, as they do want the same from you. You want a fit slender young girl, they want an excellent powerful young man.
First thing is first, make sure the equation is correct. I refer to the golden rule. It's rarely 50/50, but usually 63/37. Don't let it be 100/0, of either side, that's where you can get problems, because the ratio divide by zero, you get undefined error.

I'm 55 years old and so happy to be single. After making several solid attempts at having a relationship, I've decided the "pain-in-the-ass" factor is just too high. In 3 weeks I'm heading to Spain for 2 months to walk the Camino de Santiago, then on to Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, India and SE Asia. I don't have to ask permission or worry about where I'm going to stay or whether it meets some crazy lady's expectations... A couple of side trips to Amsterdam and Thailand and I can have all of the female companionship I need.

Yup. I did this with my s!ster, when she said she wanted to "borrow" $800, because her ex was late on child support. Meanwhile, she was already thousand$ of dollars in arrears to our other brother. Yeah, I used to be like this. However when you get older you can tell. Unfortunately you have to go through it to understand.
It is true in Psychology that you can tell a lot about a woman by the sound of her voice, for example if she had any sort of trauma as a 12-year-old, her voice will sound like she's 12 years old and if she had some sort of trauma when she was 7 she will sound like she's 7. It is different when a woman's voice did get to mature but she plays mind games because she has mentull problems, that in itself will stand out which is what Rich is talking about
Dealt with a covert narcissist who tried to monkey branch back in first two years of college. I didn't change my major but took some psychology courses as electives the last two years and continued to read up on it. I didn't just do this bc of her, but bc i knew it would help me in business in the future as well. Understanding human psychology even a little bit will always benefit you in life.

When I met my wife she was broke but never asked me for anything and paid for her own stuff. I said she could move in. With me after 6 months of dating(not recommended but it worked out for me). I was definitely keeping my eyes open for red flags but it turned out alright. Anyways, gotta be vigilant these days boys.

This is why I tell my guy group not to pay for women on dates. Because when a guy pays on the first date it starts up the toxic cycle of women wanting and expecting more. I tell guys to set the tone early to avoid all this behaviour.

Special kind of stupid but...she's honest which makes her unique from most women. She's completey revealing what we have been saying, other women just pretend their not doing it.
A trick I've learned over the years is to NEVER show your wealth when you are dating a new (and in particular, a younger) woman. Of course, this was a no-brainer back in the day when I was young & broke too anyway, so it's not really too much of an act in reality. I always dress neatly but avoid designer labels or expensive accessories, drive one of my older "no frills" vehicles, and keep my AMEX platinum card well hidden when paying for anything, using instead my regular bank-issued debit card.
If women think that you don't have money, then you'll soon see their true colours. It's probably the reason whey I had far more enjoyable, productive and mutually-beneficial relationships when I was younger with far less money and no financial security; I could be assured that whatever reason my then-partner was with me, it certainly was not for my money (of which I had none)
