Go to Montana if you want space. Home builders pack them in to get the most money out of a tract. Las Vegas Summerlin and Henderson are all owned by HH Corp that sells the land to these homebuilders. That’s how it works in Vegas. Henderson is a bit better but they still pack them in.

Meh. Nothing screams 7mil to me here. Primary bedrooms (both) are relatively small for that price. Kitchen is small, but adequate. The finishes are spectacular, but other than that, I'd say this is a 3.5-4mil TOPS home. You replace all the high end finishes with less expensive but nice and you're looking at 1.5mil or so.

LED bulbs are now in every modern home, nobody is using even CFL bulbs anymore...no reason to mention "LED bulbs...Oh...nice..." every 5 minutes. And, nobody can tell the difference between Cat 5e and Cat 6 and Cat 7......but Cat 6 apparently everywhere :)))

When you calculate the amount of property taxes one has to pay for a house like this it’s becoming quickly discouraging to even try to own such a house.
Owning this house for 7mil...you must have a deep pocket for property tax q year, maintenance bills, etc..d owner might flip it after 4 or 5 years, the house is not for keeps ??
