I've said this before, but why are these expensive homes so close to one another. You would imagine with all this land they have in Las Vegas that they would be a little more generous with the side and the back lots. At this price you want to feel the privacy.
Depends on the neighborhood. My house is far from my neighbors

I totally agree.
MANY Vegas homes build to the edge of the property lines, and then give you the smallest rooms allowed by zoning laws to cram people in as if more than a hampster can live in a 12x12 room, but hey, you have 5 of them so half of them are extra closet space. I have noticed that multi-story homes are built really close to each other, single story tend to be further apart. Strange.

I came across your videos by accident in June because my Son was in Vegas. He normally goes every year for the World poker. but this yr he went for fun with his friends.
Anyway i just love how you show the homes, you show every detail whch is brilliant. You show exactly what we want to see, you do not by pass anything. And the helpful information you give is invaluable. and you are funny with some of the thing's you say.

I watch this channel all the time and to be honest I started getting bored with some of the houses but this one I absolutely love. Very nice. Not sure about the price but this one is absolutely gorgeous.

Interesting mix of contemporary modern and MCM... love the master (that pitch ceiling is nice...feature wall rocks). Master closet is real nice... shower is okay (not zero threshold fan), but wished there were 2 shower heads.. the kitch is pretty nice too. Great showing Chakits!

Screw-less wall plates for a really nice clean look. A simply detail that, to me, makes a big difference for little expense and is overlooked by many builders. Thanks for a great video!

Very large and nice home, but not enough yard area for the price. Love the Bombay Sapphire Gin on the shelf at the bar. Chak, you always give a great showing of the properties.

Vegas real estate is getting out of control. Good for local economy, but these track homes for 800+ is just insane.
The master bathroom vanity mirror with LED lights, I think its called illuminated border with LED lights vanity mirror.
Honestly I don't see the real difference in some homes for 600-800k less. There are a lot of really gaudy homes at any price point with the Z Gallerie staged furniture but some really great paint and wall designs. I'll be contacting you when I get my dad to finally take the plunge to move up there.
omg finally someone mentions the name of furniture for these homes lol. I love this style & happy to see Z gallerie has showroom close to me. These tour homes give such great ideas
@@DanielleCarr01 I have noted the majority are from Z-Gallerie, Jerome's or Living Spaces. A lot of these showrooms have rooms set up where you can tell a stager for the homes just walked in, pointed at a microcosm and proclaimed "I'll take it" lol
Am LOVING this house so far with a minor change or two . The overhead light in the dining area would need to have the option to change the color imo . I notice also that MOST of the homes with bars in them have no icemaker at all at the bar . The chef side of me LOVES the kitchen . Those LED lights are commonly used in PC cases . Some are RGB = red green blue and in-between

Great video Chuck❤️ I’m appreciating your smooth hands and clean nails😂🥳 this product doesn’t feel “homey” at all. More like an industrial project where self employed individuals go to use the internet etc. The master bedroom closet and bath are nice however even the closet has an industrial feel. No queen living in that space😁 Excellent view and back yard! The pool package is definitely a plus! Synthetic grass is a NO! 🥰
Nice looking house, but again way too small for the price. Also I heard nothing but traffic and exhaust pipes when you were in the back yard. Would kind of ruin it for me.

Very nice. The entryway design is great and love the fact that the floor tiles throughout are not as dark as what we usually see. Also, having a tile floor in the master instead of the usual brown carpet is a plus for me. Well done backyard. And as others have stated, neighbors within inches, small yard, etc, makes me shocked this is listed at that price. The design is stunning, but it makes me wonder if the designer knows nothing about real estate prices and set that price, akin to an artist setting a price for a painting. Yeah it's original, yeah it's stylish, but this isn't a piece of art, it's a house. And despite the styling features, many other factors determine price. I'd pay maybe 800 to 900K tops, WITH furniture.
Chuck was wondering, do they seal all the cracks and crevasses to keep the scorpions out, and does LV Experts offer a contract for critter control? If not, do you recommend having someone spray before moving in?

I forgot to ask, besides saying how beautiful the house is. At the entrance of the master bedroom, is dividing the entryway with a wall a support structure? Being a master bedroom and over a million dollars thought it would have a more open concept instead of fully enclosing the bathroom or walk in closet. To have faster acess to the closet and water room instead of walking all the way through and around the room.
I can't give it two thumbs up....darn.

To be specific, starting 17:47 or at 24:56 that wall with that huge picture with a white frame is the wall I would not want to have and be able to access the closet or bathroom from there as well as having a double or wide door prior to stepping in to give the master bedroom an open concept.
Why has the builder yet to install the doors on so many of the interior doorways? The striker plates are there but not the doors. 🤔
