Since you do a good job of educating people on various building elements, guess I will contribute. The seams in the Stucco, are actually added to create expansion joints. They work to allow the stucco to expand and contract in temperature variations and not crack. Keep up the great videos.
Love all the turquoise and teal. My absolute favorite color/colors. I think my favorite spot in that whole house is the very bottom floor/basement bedroom. Love that. :) This house was pretty neat and different. Awesome thank you for showing 😊
I have learned so much watching your videos. We have the same taste, especially in modern aesthetics. You are always very detailed. Its almost like getting a home inspection too. Great work! For the upper bathroom; you can use baskets to store toilet paper.
I like it... I think there should be hot tubs on the balconies I mean it’s 1M they can throw in a touch more quality to go with the view. Also I get what your saying about the room becomes your balcony but I think it kinda falls short only because it isn’t a pocket door. The way it is it’s more like a big window. Also on the top balcony I think it would be better as a full rooftop deck to make it more open as opposed to having that top floor room.
Jone Of Your Business :p it’s 1 million dollars, that’s not a lot of money when it comes to buying houses/condos. This place is a great deal for 1 million
Landen Delormier just my opinion. If you think it’s worth it then you like it a bit more than me 🤷🏽♂️ won’t knock you. I don’t think it’s that far off imo btw I just think there are little things that I would have done differently or would expect to have with a house at that price point of it was me buying it.
You had me at What up. It amazes me the price differences around North America (I’m from Canada 🇨🇦) In Vancouver Or Toronto you would pay $1m for a 600 sq ft apartment downtown. And I’m sure in NY $1m gets you a pretty sweet cardboard box with preferred location in the alley.
As I was mentioning on another Christopher Homes vid, I went through all of the 2019, and this development wins my Kevy award for 2019. Blue Heron came in a close second. Of course Lyons and Toll Bros, came in a close third, with the 1.6 million Pardee Axis 1 floor model coming in 4th place - the one where you managed to get back into the backyard with pool - Mission Impossible!. Tol Bros Mesa Ridge I will consider for the 2020 Kevys. This model you showed in this vid does win my model of the year award. The fact that the LR (Great room) opens up as if it is a balcony, the stairwell, dramatic and almost Hitchcock like (aka Vertigo), the fantastic interior design, the interplay between interior and exterior, and the general balance of the design. It has both a wow factor, and a practicality. A very livable and exciting design. The design detail is extraordinary. Chris Johnson, the interior designer, hit it out of the ballpark with this model! Well done Christopher Homes for winning the 2019 Kevy Award!
3:40 thats why Chakits is the one to look for, when purchasing. he CARES about the end product is delivered and stuff. (it is SO TRUE, things like fixtures NOT LINING UP. smh, TSK TSK!) and appreciating the cute dog house and tiny laughs like that! You will buy a house and make a friend, thats how awesome Mr K is I dont live in America though! argh! come share your magic in Asia, pleeeeease =D
Could you write out the name of the artist responsible for all the big paintings that have been in these homes? Love them. This was a great tour - love a lot about the property, including that shade of blue in the venetian plaster. Very thoughtful design.
This house is a reversed Tardis, Huge on the outside, cramped on the inside with way to many stairs. The one who designed this, heard the word 'practical' and threw it out of the window.
Maybe it was all the artwork, but this is one of the few you've shown I really liked. Seemed like it was done on a more human scale, with more finishes and decoration that would be found in a real home.
Very nice home for sure.I need a elevator. The only thing that I don’t like is that when you’re on the first and second balconies you can see your neighbors next-door so keep your clothes on. And I also Chakits did they have a laundry room on the first or second floor because if not that’s sucks everybody else is washing clothes in your master closet. The details in this home are impeccable. So for this home I need a maid and a butler in the elevator.Thank you so much Chakits ❤️❤️❤️your channel
This house is to die for. One of the best modern homes I’ve seen. Awesome interior design. Any up & coming couple or person could live here & say I made it. I’m sure this sold by now. It’s worth every penny. All the big A- houses you show need , house cleaning help. But I would whistle while I worked, cleaning this if it was mine. LOL
I drove by these places in Horizon Ridge and wondered what they were like. Thanks for the tour. As a person with a bad knee it’s not for me. But it looks like everybody else wants an elevator too. Great light. Not a lot of space for the price.
Man I really like this house. I thought I liked the one in your last video, but THIS one is my vibe. I LOVE IT! I'd love to have a home by this builder. I make a lot of art for my place. I'd go crazy with happiness creating pieces to fit my house if I had this one. lol P.S. This DEFINITELY needs an elevator. After leg day at the gym, i'd die trying to walk all of those stairs. lol
Good styling but thats were it stops. Its very deceiving all that size and only 2 bedrooms and one of those are guest with option of three if you use the top floor as bedroom number three but then that would leave you with only one lounge and also no backyard
Awesome video as usual🎊❤️ Amazing artwork in this model! For the price of these homes, they are too close to the next home and no pool. Way too hot in Vegas to not have a pool.
Artwork at the Art studio in front of the Aria looks to be by the same artist. Pretty cool artwork in there. On another note, that got me laughing at the toilet @21:15
As a professional cleaning lady. That first bathroom ( stone work) is almost impossible to keep clean. I would advise it. The second bathroom with the stones. I have a house that has those with a waterfall and it is gorgeous. The closet would not fit my purses or shoes. I’m a little disappointed for million bucks. Who is the artist of the paintings ?
GREAT job on the tour; however, the 1st single home the Blue one still can not be top yet.. Its the staging that save this roof top unit. Once again great job even if you have to burp, and out of breath.....
This 1 m .house is the best .I want too work harder just for this style house .thanks again .your style of walk through is nice. I want too trust your work .
Seems like its next to the House you did a few days back. But it's way better.. It's actually the best 3 storey house on this channel, That's my opinion.
Love you Chakits so I say this with love. Please get a trainer cuz you're killing me with how hard you breathe after walking stairs. Lol. We need you here for a long time so we can buy from you when we move out there.
Monique Davis I noticed he’s out of shape but I did not want to mention it 🤣😂🤣😂 he’s out of breath I hope 🤞 there’s a hospital nearby just in case for the sake of his life 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 you are a bad girl @monique Davis 🤣😂😂😂🍒🍒🍒🍒
Fantastic tour as always and very nice $1M home! However, did I count correctly, there were only 2 bedrooms, need at least 4 for a million dollars? Why was the furnace not in the garage! Those things tend to be noisy for it to be in the master bathroom, WTH! Also, I wonder how many times a year would I have to hire someone to clean all that glass, inside and out? Give me decorative/maintenance free railing instead! Beautiful though!
Sympa! mais je préfère quand même les "vraie" maisons que tu présentes dans tes autres vidéos! Merci pour toutes ses splendides villas que tu mets en ligne! J'adore ta chaine, je me suis abonnée!
Hey Chakits, PLEASE tell me who the artist is too, I’m obsessed with the painting that was in the previous home you showed (the painting was of several girl heads & I believe it was hanging in the dining area of that home) 😬😬😬😬
LilKim not sure if it’s by the same artist but I know some of the artwork I saw look like it’s by the same artist that has displays up at the studio in front of the Aria (between the Aria valet and street).
A lot to like about this one. I would prefer a more separate and slightly bigger dining area. There's no yard but I guess they make up for it in balconies.
I want and like the sink to the right, I am loving this home, however, I would have to wind the Lottery and the price would be a drop in the bucket. Nice, nice, nice. I agree don’t like a square toilet our bottoms are rounded not square aesthetically it looks okay if you like geometric design. Like how Designer used the same hue for the accent color throughout the home. Yes love the floating furniture.💞✅😍😉
this is a beautiful house. great taste in paintings, things, colors, materials BUT it is absolutely useless 1) no freaking elevator. which idiot thought that? imagine your wife calling you every 5 minutes and you are trying to watch a movie at the top floor. Imagine being 60+ and living in this house.... how about if you want to have dinner at the top balcony? you actually have to move everything 2 floors up (without dropping anything 3 floors down) and then take them back down again. 2) washing machines in the master bedroom? 3) who buys a house for 1M and wants his master bedroom to have a tiny room hidden somewhere as a toilet? people want open space. 3) it actually has 2 rooms? so if you have kids... you can't live there. 4) absolutely no privacy from your neighbors. 5) when you entry the house, you need a place to leave your shoes and jackets. somewhere to leave your keys! no space for that. 6) not a single room that you can use as a home theater because of the big open space. the acoustics will be a mess.
Got to admit you got some excellent points. I keep saying - out of all four units the first one (outside blue trim) is the best except the weird bathtub.
I like the video very well done 💪I don’t trust the stairs if you have a issues with your spouse is to easy for her to put a banana peel for you to foul down and she keep the house and the life insurance money 💰 you have to pay attention to details right 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😂😂

I love it. The only problem is many of your guests won't be able to climb those stairs. So for that and resale an elevator is a must for me.
Great idea.
13 minutes in and I’m sold. Getting to my bag so I can buy 1 of these ASAP. Great video Chak, perusual.
This is beyond beautiful, the layout, the design, the interior decor is so fitting... but only 2 bedrooms?
Since you do a good job of educating people on various building elements, guess I will contribute. The seams in the Stucco, are actually added to create expansion joints. They work to allow the stucco to expand and contract in temperature variations and not crack. Keep up the great videos.

I was surprised that it wasn't a rooftop deck too. I was waiting for that during the whole video.

Very beautiful, I would put a stackable washer and dryer in the guest bedroom closet. One word: Elevator
The PEBBLE ROCK backsplash in the bathroom is divine 😇
This whole house is sick!
Beautiful home and great tour!!! I was expecting a larger kitchen for such a large home. Keep up the awesome tours!!
gotta love the views of the $10 million+ homes right across the street. i couldn't deal....

That home is absolutely beautiful. Plus, the Art Work is amazing.

Amazing Home!!! Beautiful contemporary work. Floating entertainment area. That's the word you're looking for here.
This home is absolutely fabulous, gorgeous! I love it! When I win Powerball, Megabucks, etc...I'm coming to Las Vegas! *****
this is my favorite. Will definitely be calling you in a few months about this one if the price ever goes down
This house is a reversed Tardis, Huge on the outside, cramped on the inside with way to many stairs. The one who designed this, heard the word 'practical' and threw it out of the window.

It’s nice, but I still like the first ones that are single stories. The single stories are so appealing and more cozy
Chakits, I think the last floor should have been the master-it gives the best views and your guest have one less floor to climb up to.
Add a pool and a elevator, awesome video chakits love the channel.
TOTALLY agree Chakits on the two toilet thing . Pretty much in every master bath at any price point almost . Over all I like it .
Very nice home for sure.I need a elevator. The only thing that I don’t like is that when you’re on the first and second balconies you can see your neighbors next-door so keep your clothes on. This home is RAD bro. Man I am sold man out of the four homes you've done in this series this is my favorite.
The house is just OK; the staging is out of this world.
Nobody asked you.

It's a great home but it's a little expensive... Thanks

Reviewed this place. I agree with your comment, you can take a 300K place and basically pimp it to this style.
Dude..the square toilet comment was GOLDEN
Man I really like this house. I thought I liked the one in your last video, but THIS one is my vibe. I LOVE IT! I'd love to have a home by this builder. I make a lot of art for my place. Hell....you could skip leg day at the gym if you lived here! 😂 Get your cardio and leg exercise all in one. 👍
Me too. Lol
I know this is old but this a bachelor or bachelorette pad so beautiful
Could maybe convert the top floor in to two bedrooms but other than this is the best property I've seen on your channel.
Over a million dollars and no pool? This home would not float my boat, literally.
The whole place is like a work of art beautiful
Good styling but thats were it stops. Its very deceiving all that size and only 2 bedrooms and one of those are guest with option of three if you use the top floor as bedroom number three but then that would leave you with only one lounge and also no backyard
That stacked river rock backsplash in the bathroom is a fun design
You guys are all right about the stairs though. 1000 stairs and 50 floors. Dude, You need a lift. Sexy design, nicely done. Do you need some agua?
Awesome video as usual🎊❤️ Amazing artwork in this model! For the price of these homes, they are too close to the next home and no pool. Way too hot in Vegas to not have a pool.

id rather have two 500k houses with huge backyard for a pool and gardening... but great designer though, i love the artworks
Chakits, very impressive. You neglected to mention how far the Las Vegas Strip is in the northwest view. Beautiful suburban desert home.
Thumbs up for you, the view and the Dream On by Aerosmith that played briefly lol
The back Yard is so small for a million dollar home
Ok it’s official. This is my new favorite. I want it!!!
glad you did the residence 3 wish you could do residence 2,4,,5, and 6
That was the only model.
Roni M is the artist.
This house is gorgeous, but we agree with other comments that it needs an elevator!
Stunning absolutely stunning

Chakits, you are the GOAT!
hahaha square toilet!.....(sponge bob square pants theme song is now stuck in my head).....interesting design..keep the vids coming
It's a nice house but s*** I'm out of breath watch him walk up all the stairs . This can't be a practical house to live in all the time.
I couldn't watch the whole video, but what I saw nice. A little too modern for me (I'm kind of traditional), but a nice house nonetheless.
Fantastic tour as always and very nice $1M home! However, did I count correctly, there were only 2 bedrooms, need at least 4 for a million dollars? Why was the furnace not in the garage! Very masculine, some nice details & features, but small rooms, wish the patio deck was off the living room to create indoor outdoor entertainment
I'll take it. Total bachelor pad!

I love this house.
You have shown is bigger houses that look just a nice, but are way cheaper. What makes this so expensive? Really curious.
Mascio Gamble the stuff they put in it and the quality of the materials used. Simple as that ! Other houses may be bigger or have a better design overall, but the attention to detail on for example the back splashes on this one make it worth that price.
