This is my FAVORITE house that you have shown. It just flows and makes sense. It is modern but it’s still very cozy and warm. And it’s luxury. Beautiful. The laundry is a tad bit small but they still have a full size washer and dryer with cabinet space and sink so it’s doable. This is 10 out of 10

I think the point that you made repeatedly is what sets this remodel apart from others---the builders incorporated a lot of what was there into the design and finish of the new look. Its now a modern home, but has a lot of heart by keeping the classic pieces (tile, arches, windows, etc.).

This has to be one of my favorite homes that you've shown over the years, Chakits. The architecture, beautiful windows and the herringbone bricks in the bar area is amazing. The views of the Las Vegas strip and the backyard is spectacular. I love the mature landscape, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. It feels like a luxurious home, especially with the staircase. This is an ideal home and being located in Henderson makes it even better.😃😃

Beautiful home but for the price point and the stairway to the second floor, there should had been an elevator in the original plan. It can be a pretty steep climb for a handicapped or older person.
Depends on the comps and community. If it's a 5 Mill community it's ag. I wonder how many 5 million houses are for sale in the surrounding area. That's the million dollar question. But for face value of this video, it looks about right. Gaurd gated, golf Mediterranean etc etc. My opinion.

Hey Chakits! Double check that ZLine range. I believe they've be recalled due to the oven emitting carbon monoxide when it's on (it may just be the 30 and 36 inch) - yikes!!! Otherwise, this home is simply GORGEOUS!!!!

I liked the original design of this property before the interior re-design. You should’ve seen what it look like 6 or 7 years ago. All it needed was a minor remodel/facelift.
