Thanks for this! I like how you demonstrated the weighted pulley system. I'm likely just going to use it with bands and such, but I do love the versatility of the Lat Saw. Great review, I learned a bunch from it, even some other movements I had not yet considered. Seems like a great tool for my basement gym.
I like the flexible handle so your hand position can be adjusted as well
Agreed! It's a very similar comparison to doing pullups on rings, as opposed to a fixed bar. Thanks David!
Okay! I'm going to watch "The Mack" right now. :-) BTW, what was that coughing spell at 12:40? lol And, btw2, that was almost a suave sign-off. And yes, I've had a GREAT DAY! Thanks for hoping that for me/us!!!! It worked, man!
Nice--let me know what you think. Haven't seen that movie in a long time. Just watched the coughing spell...didn't even realized I did that. It was a bit ridiculous, wasn't it?
Glad you had a great day a month ago...hope you had a bit more since then :)
good to know about the handle price when taking this into account! thanks
No problem!
How thick is this? 1/4 or half inch? Looks pretty solid
What is the length???
that is wery easy to replicate.
Hey GetAgrip, mind if I ask how you'd do it? You work with metal a lot, or would you go about it another way? Thanks!
