      @@w2kitchen Oh Yeah!!!!! :) Now that I think about it they are 2 totally different kinds of meat and it just makes sense to treat them differently. We Americans get so hung up on the traditional "whole bird browned perfectly" in the oven that we tend to not think outside of the box with it. The skin is tasty, but the rest is often dry -- especially the legs.
