Mii Outfit A: Win the Special Cup on 100cc
Sneakster: Earn at least 1 star in all 100cc Wii Cups
Dry Bones: Win the Leaf Cup on 100cc
Zip Zip: Win the Lightning Cup on 100cc
Bowser Jr: Earn at least 1 star in all 100cc retro cups

Sorry to interrupt, but I have a Star Rank question for you. What do 1 Star Rank, 2 Star Rank, and 3 Star Rank mean?

@@markmitchell7508 there are 4 ranks for most games, since usually 1st place doesn't mean by getting a full 60 points no matter what. So lets say Toad wins 1 race, and you win the other 3. And since 1st place gives you 15 and 2nd gives you 12, 12+15+15+15 = 57, thats star rank 2, since no one can pass you at that point.
