      @@dr.pournamisreejith work ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് Excercice ന് time കിട്ടാറില്ല.. മടിയും ഉണ്ട് 😁.. Exercise ചെയ്യാതെ തടി കുറയില്ല പറഞ്ഞു കുറെ പേര്.. അതോണ്ട് diet പോലും നിർത്തി 🤦‍♀️.. ഇനി തുടങ്ങാം ട്ടോ 🥰

      എനിക്ക് 44 വയസുണ്ട്..
      ഇന്റർമിറ്റന്റ് ഫസ്റ്റിങ്ങിലൂടെ 4 മാസം കൊണ്ട് 12 കെജി ഞാൻ കുറച്ചു.. ഇപ്പോഴും continue ചെയ്യുന്നു.. അതുകൊണ്ട് wait കൂടുന്നില്ല.. അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ.
