Next question, what's a good leave-in to use as a moisturizer.
God bless you 🪷♥️
Too many to choose from!! However, I do like Aussie Moist, Aphogee Pro Vitamin Leave In and Mielle O. Pomegranate Honey Leave In. :-)
If you are protein sensitive you don’t need help balancing protein since there’s usually a sufficient amount of protein naturally (low porosity girlies), you need help penetrating the hair with moisture.
Thank you for answering my question and I have ordered the Swanson pumpkin seed oil.
How’d you know that I needed this video?! 😀
I definitely don’t think protein sensitivity is a myth because my hair fell out from protein overload. I do think my protein sensitive hair doesn’t need or can handle a lot of protein.
I have low porosity, dense hair and ever since I moved to Houston. Texas I have struggle to keep my hair moisturized. This has led me down a path to relearning how to take care of my natural hair. I bought a hard water filter on the my shower head and I have paid
extra attention to staying away from proteins, using acv rinse and prepooing things I didn’t do before. I have also been trying different styling products as I have found good shampoo and deep conditioners. So I recently tried innersense. I tried the Hydrating Cream Hairbath, Hydrating Cream Conditioner, Sweet Spirit Leave in Conditioner. I also used the inner peace whipped cream texturizer and the I create hold gel. My hair came out amazing the results were the best since I left Ohio for Texas. My hair felt so moisturized and lasted 4 days. However I just discovered everything I listed has rice protein in it with the exception of the I create hold gel. Now I’m saddened and worried. I thought I finally found a good product and worried if I continue to use it I will get protein build up after a few weeks of consistent usage. I think my hair was ok this wash with the protein because O haven’t used products with protein for a long time. Should I be concerned of this with this product and do you know another product that offers the same level of moisture but without protein?
You are awesome!!! ♥️♥️♥️😊😊😊
Thank you! So are you! ;-)
what are some protein-free or low-protein products? They are very hard to find. Btw, LOVE your content
Are hydrolyzed pea and vegetable proteins okay for low porosity hair?

Not the assfacts!!!!!😂😂😂😂
You’re amazing T.
How did you become a cosmetic chemist?
