This was the Assassin's Creed I fell in love with when I was a kid, not the grindy mess we have now.
Up until Unity it felt like an Assassin's Creed
Origins was good but Ezio trilogy was a gem
Ezio was the best
I feel like Desmonds death marked the changing of the times, we got a few good ones after 3 but it seemed to start the change
Hey black flag was a good one tho
He's the reason we all love assassin's creed
He was different very natural character
This cutscene made me stand up from my chair like I was one of these people listening to Ezio's speech
True really hits different
I mean the Ezio's message's reach was way behind Desmond. We all been there... We all got that feeling of hope, self-respect and inspiration.. Only the Ezio was the mentor for all of us, thats why we respect him more than other assasin mentors, at least I do
@@martinezz8268 He was truly THE Assassin's Creed protag
How can a game that was so unkown to the masses at the time, have such a thourough and in-depth philisophical lesson.
bro it was one of the most famous games of its time, by far lmao
I like that. Dont look to others for answers, find it yourself.
Yes
"Too many of you gladly give it"
True though we do
Thats painful, but very clear truth of the society's throughout the history... Applies beauifully to a modern context as well. This game was in many ways ahead of its time
"Do not follow me, or anyone else..
follow your own path."
when thinking back to the younger days of my life, i remember my dad played this, and he said i couldn't play it nor watch due to the fact that i was like 6 years old. 2 years ago i bought this game for myself to check out what my dad was enjoying so much. never in my 8 year gaming career have i loved a character more than ezio.
sometime we are not looking for answers, we just need love and reassurance
Beautiful work dude, love your content.
Thank you very much it means a lot
The story for modern day disappeared Desmond miles was the ground to keep all the characters we fell in love with relevant and connected . The. He died in 3 and they never created a character that felt the same.
Ezio simply the GOAT.
The day I heard that speech is the day I became a true libertarian. The day I truly embraced the idea that we must always fight for freedom in real life too. We are our own Assassin's Creed
Games can teach us a lot of things and assassin’s creed 2 is one of the best in it’s franchise ezio series had great impact
So true freedom is such an important thing and yea it's sad because so many people seem eager to give it away to their governments I'll never understand it.
This is the meaning of nothing is true, everything is permitted
@@Zero-qn8mkMain thing is they never were/ aren't taught yet what it is, how to protect it/ grow it, and how to appreciate it
The heart of assassins creed is ezio swear.
The best character of all time.
Simply beautiful
Well said
Grandmaster Ezio 👑
Assassin’s Creed 2 had a similar message:
“We don’t need anyone to tell us what to do. We are free to follow our own path. There are those who will take that freedom from us, and too many of you gladly give it. But it is our ability to choose - whatever you think is true that makes us human… There is no book or teacher to give you the answers, to show you the path. Choose your own way! Do not follow me. Or anyone else.”
- Ezio Auditore da Firenze
This is a true call to revolution. But we too gladly give away our freedom.
❤❤❤❤
vaov man... seriously vaov.
Ezio ⚡⚡
I never understood why people didn't like the new ac games, then I played AC Unity and AC2
Do not follow me or anyone else choose ur own way find ur own legacy 🤩

Or geralt of rivia
It's a memorable moment, but this is honestly a terrible message if you think about it.
Why do you think so
Relativism at it's worst.
@@robertlukacs4954 how. it sure doesn't seems the case
@@robertlukacs4954 please explain what ur trying to say
He literally encourages people to find their "own truth" and to not listen to anyone or anything. If this is the case, then there is no such thing as truth due to everyone having a different idea of what truth is. Real truth is absolute, and it doesn't matter what one's opinions or views are. Ezio here essentially encourages people to follow a relativistic mindset.
На русском озвучка лучше))
Well knowing what Assassin's Creed can teach, that movie was a major disappointment...
Oh. it is sooo true, "there are those who will take freedom from us", "do not follow anyone" not our goverment, sientists and not even WHO, OSN and anyone from this clouded matrix, fuck them all, I will never comply.. Ezio is my sci-fi Hero, best part from whole series. There will be no better AC 🥲🥲
