Murder trial of Jesse Outley continues on

The jury had sent multiple notes to the Judge requesting readbacks of certain witness testimonies including the 90-page testimony of Chavez Ocasio.
Ocasio pled guilty in February 2023 to attempted murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to Dior’s murder. In court Friday, Ocasio testified he was driving the car when Outley opened fire on the car with Dior inside.
