You can use metal washers on your griddle top's legs to level it out. So your oil doesnt run, like how it did here.

Hello Nate. I am looking forward to trying this recipe. However, my daughter-in-law gave me two butternut squashes and one large spaghetti squash. It's just too hot and humid to cook them in the oven. I would prefer to cook them on my Blackstone. Are there any tips or ideas you can share?
Hi Nate... Watching videos of people "heavily" seasoning a steak like you did here always make me wonder why the steak doesnt end up super salty. Coz when i do that, its definitely TOO salty. Whats the secret to seasoning that much but not ending up having a plate of salt...with a little bit of steak? What am i missing?

It would be helpful too know the temps you guys are running. I've never run on high before because on natural gas I'm setting at about 750 degrees.
