    One thing to remember is you have to gradually increase the movement and not go too hard. Also, like other exercises, pelvic alignment and body posture corrections should be done in front of the mirror.     Also, if you have disc herniation, the exercise has a motion pressing the disc so you should avoid it and be aware. (ex: bending the upper body to the side) For patients with disc herniation, the first video is better than the upgrade version. In the first video, with the lateral flexion motion, it might press the disc so you have to be careful when doing the stretching to the side. Other than that, there seems to be no problem
