Butter is high calorie since it is high fat, but I would encourage people to use it in moderation. I recently discovered how good just half a tablespoon of butter is on Brussel sprouts with salt. Even a full tablespoon would be 100kcal, which I know is kind of a lot, but when it adds so much flavor to the vegetables that it makes you excited to eat them, it is well worth the calories. Also, butter has great nutritional value.
1500 cal a day is irresponsibly low. You’re not getting enough protein. you’re gonna lose hair. You’re going to lose muscle. You won’t have any energy. You definitely won’t build any muscle. It’s unsustainable. It’s miserable.
Its def possible to get 150g protein and eat at 1500 calories. You're just eating processed crap with no nutrition and wondering why you aren't hitting your protein macros

@@blainebickle1178 I agree with the statement that if it gets ya to eat more veggies, go for it. Anything that is tracked should be fine 👍
@@jesserosenthal The calorie to enjoyment factor ratio is important for long term dieting

I weight 150lbs and eat 160g of protein on 1400 calories. You just get your calories from carbs.
