If it's a normal yogurt not a fat free one then can you lose weight with eating yogurt
you can lose weight eating fat free yogurt or normal yogurt. there's not any 1 food that you can't lose weight while still eating.
Amazing very clear and easy to understand
Just freeze them
yea I suppose you could
Boring Repetitive Content -_- No creativity. Nothing new. No nothing. Unsubscribing.

I’m on the free version and can scan barcodes 👍
that's good, I'm wondering if they changed it back to the free version then. they have changed features back and forth over the years it seems like
yummy
@@amongusadada it was great 👍
Butter is high calorie since it is high fat, but I would encourage people to use it in moderation. I recently discovered how good just half a tablespoon of butter is on Brussel sprouts with salt. Even a full tablespoon would be 100kcal, which I know is kind of a lot, but when it adds so much flavor to the vegetables that it makes you excited to eat them, it is well worth the calories. Also, butter has great nutritional value.
@@blainebickle1178 I agree with the statement that if it gets ya to eat more veggies, go for it. Anything that is tracked should be fine 👍
@@jesserosenthal The calorie to enjoyment factor ratio is important for long term dieting

🌯Buffalo chicken wrap in just 1-2 minutes! 🔥 📲 Save this for later if you want to add this meal to your lunch rotation. I’ve been having this as a go-to lunch lately to hit my protein, fiber, and to help get relatively shredded. Macros for this meal with the exact ingredients I used: ✅ 62g protein ✅ 20g fat ✅ 31g carbs And 30g if fiber! If you aren’t using the shredded Buffalo chicken from @nutre_meals , use regular chicken breast. Just make sure the macros are similar to 26g of protein per serving and 6g of fat. (We’re using 2 servings of the chicken for this meal) Hitting your macros and having good meals ready to go doesn’t need to take forever or be very hard. Just plan ahead.
Nice!
1500 cal a day is irresponsibly low. You’re not getting enough protein. you’re gonna lose hair. You’re going to lose muscle. You won’t have any energy. You definitely won’t build any muscle. It’s unsustainable. It’s miserable.
Its def possible to get 150g protein and eat at 1500 calories. You're just eating processed crap with no nutrition and wondering why you aren't hitting your protein macros
I weight 150lbs and eat 160g of protein on 1400 calories. You just get your calories from carbs.
Meow meow
Straight to the point. Thank you 🎉
glad you liked it
The first step should have been buy a ninja ice cream maker.

Save this low calorie, high protein Fruitty Pebbles I’ve Cream 🍦 using the Ninja Creami. First off - people misunderstand these calorie comparison videos. I’m not saying you can’t eat nuts or bars like this. Or even that they’re bad for you. What I’m saying is this… Most people are overweight and wanting to lose weight. A main issue with why they’re overweight is because they’re eating higher calorie foods that don’t keep them full. Think fast food. Junk foods and snacks. Drinking calories like lattes, alcohol and sports drinks. And even when they’re trying to eat healthy like nuts, granola bars, or trail mix… They don’t realize some of those healthier options can also be very calorie dense. So they’re hungry again shortly after, and end up eating more. This video I’m just showing an alternative to a common snack (nuts and a bar). You can literally have 10 servings of liquid egg whites, spinach, and 2 high protein Chobani yogurts for less calories. Get in 90g of protein. And stay way more full. You don’t have to eat this all in 1 sitting. But if you’re trying to lose weight, these are just examples of low calorie, high protein options that can help. 💪
Simple answer, too many calories
@@TheTacoMan0607 exactly. But people sometimes need things explained in different ways to fully understand it. For some people, just saying “be in a deficit” works fine. But for others, that doesn’t help as much. You see what I mean Taco Man?
Yep barely anytime for great benefits
absolutely
Freeze dried veggies for crunch or snap peas fresh ones they are great!
good idea! veggies always a healthy option
If you crave something You eat some Just think twice about if you want more And get some more if you do want more
@@Persongoesby_Ava yea that’s fine too. I do that myself in addition to the options in this video. I guess this is for people who really want or need to lose weight. So going for lower calorie or healthier options that satisfy the same craving can help do that.
@@jesserosenthal that's true
Halo top, Dark chocolate but otherwise good.
@@treesurgeon2441 yep both are good options as well 👍
I personally don't think if you add protein to something it doesn't automatically make it healthy but these are definitely way better for you
@@EnVerityy I’m not necessarily saying these swaps are way healthier. What I said is “low calorie swaps”. And yes they often have more protein in them. But for example, you can make a low calorie or healthier ice cream in the ninja creami without protein powder too. And the PB powder doesn’t have more protein than normal PB. But it has 16x less fat.
From my experience having tried all of those and the specific brands included (except for the ice cream) only the quest chips were a true tasty substitute everything else eventually starts to make you gag
@@anonymoususer33637 so you’re referring to a protein bar and PB powder then?
@@jesserosenthal yes. But just in general all substitutes eventually just start tasting terrible
Low calorie swaps🍦 📲 save this for later. 1. Ice cream 👉 get yourself a Ninja Creami and make your own ice cream quickly and easily. I’ve been turning almond milk and protein powder into ice cream that has 300-500 calories for a whole pint, plus 45-70g of protein. (Comment below or msg me “Ice Cream” and I’ll send you my 3 favorite ice cream flavor recipes I’ve tried so far) 2. Chips 👉 Try the Quest protein chips. I like them a lot and have them a few times a week. A bag has only 140 calories and 19-20g of protein. 3. Chocolate 👉 Protein bar If you get a bad protein bar, this isn’t going to work and you aren’t going to enjoy it. There’s a few brands that I actually enjoy the taste of. Robert Irvine bars, Barebells is another. And ONE bars. Get a good flavor of one of these 3 options and you’ll enjoy it and also get in around 20g of protein. 4. Peanut butter 👉 PB Powder This is a cheat code for getting that PB taste in a shake, smoothie, or ice cream. One of my classic go-to protein milkshakes is a chocolate peanut butter banana shake with ice. Tastes amazing with the powder, very few calories and high protein. Hope this helps 💪
Create a recipe is amazing in the premium version. Easier than adding each ingredient separately. The annual cost for premium is small when you add the cost of doing KETO. So worth it!!!
Love this app.
Eating as little as possible to try and lose weight fast? This backfires in the long run, more often than not. The good news is that you don’t actually need superhuman willpower just to get lean. 🦸♂️ What you need is to eat meals that actually fill you up. I see you guys every week eating “healthy” meals. But they’re ity-bity tiny little infant meals. Not enough to keep an adult man who’s working out full. And I know what you’re thinking….”why would I eat more food, if I want to lose weight?” We’ll here’s the thing, I’d rather you eat a 600-900 calorie lunch or dinner instead of a 300 calorie one… If it means you won’t be snacking on 1100 calories worth of nuts, chips, and ice cream at 11pm that night. You see what I mean? So in this example, I turned a tiny egg white and spinach meal into: - 10 servings of egg whites instead of 3. - added a high fiber tortilla You could have done other things to make it a more filling meal for fat loss… - added 2 whole eggs - added an English muffin or toast - added some fruit I can’t tell you how many times throughout a calendar year, I have new clients join who were struggling to lose weight… And then they end up losing weight consistently from making small tweaks like this. And they feel like they’re eating MORE than before. But it’s just because they’re meals and snacks are structured to keep them full, and not starving throughout the weight loss process. If you’re starving all the time while trying to lose weight, I’m not betting on you to win.
There isn’t enough depth, why would you miss out on the deep eccentric portion of the dip
You could go a bit lower, but my shoulder mobility is not great.
will
How long can you run the same workout program routine?
@@sonora6702 I don’t think there’s necessarily a specific limit. As long as you feel like you can still make progress on increasing weight or reps, you could make the argument to continue it. But I typically change routines for my clients every 6-8 weeks. Because most people are mentally ready for a slight switch by then.
@@jesserosenthal thank you
LMAOOOO😂🙏🏽🦾 THE "idiot" part sent me. Thanks for the laugh!
@@MindTrainer9 I regret doing this lol. It was horrible

Love the video substitution swaps 💪 Also where did you get that tank top at? Looks nice 👍
Thanks! So this tank I had custom made with my logo on it. This happens to be the sample one, without the logo 😂
I’ll start off by saying, some of these swaps may be obvious to some people. If you know how to navigate a training program and make appropriate substitutions, this video obviously isn’t for you. But there’s plenty of people out there who are trying to do the right thing by following a structured program. But don’t know what substitutions are appropriate if someone is using a piece of equipment they need. If you’re supposed to do a bench press, an appropriate swap is any flat chest pressing movement. - Flat DB press - Seated chest press machine - laying chest press machine Maybe a floor press would work. But that typically involves more triceps, so I’d choose one of the 3 listed above before going to a floor press. If the chest fly machine is being used… - a cable fly is an excellent swap. (But when trying to film the video, that equipment was being used lol.) - a DB fly - even a hanging dip where you focus more on the chest could be a solid swap. But I’d probably choose the DB fly or the Cable fly as a more similar substitute that a hanging dip. 💪
