Another cool thing of this performance is that there is Matt Halpern from Periphery on drums
I would recognize his drum playing facial expressions from a mile away. Such a badass drummer!
Nah, the coolest another thing about this performance is that Mick brought Sonic Mayhem who composed music for Quake 2 and they did one of his tracks.

Gotta say, finding someone who i would have thought to have a different taste in music see the same quality of production and arrangement really stokes me up.
Verified, certified legendary banger status. Our boy Mick done laid the future plans out for ambient badass conplex metal arranging.
Then topped it by stunting and performing a medly live, with over the top energy.
The game is totally immersive and drenched in finite detail. Makes the space you fill in just conform to you mindspace, to get into the rhythym of correographing demons final corrupted breaths.
Worth even renting just to check some of the mind blowing spaces Eternal presents for gameplay.
And the soundtrack is unreal, the stems get more frenetic and complex the more fluidly violenty your demon eradication is progressing.
Truly, a game for the 25years from now retrospective, i firmly believe. All cutscenes are short, slippable, real-time rendered in-engine which allows players to see their badass unlocked gun skins and armor suits.
This sort of conceptual game production was in the "maybe when im 67, computers are powering my limbic system and the hot new tech is brain-brain direct connection. "
Im certainly an old school fan of Doom, but this phoenix rising from tumultuous ashes to become the backbone of a refreshed, enrgized amd thriving community begging for insane difficult skill levels.....this game will have some genuine staying power. Even the prettiest of 3-d renders before this didnt have the fluidity, attention to detail and overall combat/gameplay balance tweaks and revisions.
You should check out the Tenet soundtrack by Ludwig Göransson. The track “Trucks in place” is very good.
This video was the first time I heard the Doom soundtrack. I love the inclusion of Descent into Cerberon, and the crowd reaction when BFG Division kicks in🤘

I wish i could suggesst more music, but Doom Eternal really has sucked me right in to the perfectly masochist death by lack of skill and immersed obsession with unlocking the ultra nightmare game difficulty awards.
