You have been busy!!! You are a phenomenal knitter! All your knits are fabulous. I appreciate your thoughts on each of the yarns you used. Thx for a great podcast.
@@Freya00707 Hi! Thanks so much for watching. The Esther jacket is definitely one of my absolute favorite knits. I’m contemplating knitting the sweater version as well 🤍
Just found your podcast, lovely💗I ADORE your Esther jacket and love your background behind you✨and you choose beautiful colors for your projects! Can’t wait to see more of your makes!
Im so happy I found your youtube channel! Your knits are stunning and you are such a talented high quality knitter! I am greatly inspired by each one of your pieces. I need to cast on a bright blue rib hat asap now 🥰 blessings to you!
So happy I found your video as I plan to start the Esther jacket soon (my first cardigan) and appreciate all your notes!! can’t wait to watch more of your videos
I am really enjoying your podcast- I too love petite knit patterns. She has it dialed in with classic garments that I will actually wear. Btw I store my shawls in SHEIN bags lol
You knit such gorgeous garments! I wanted to comment and say Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair in Licorice is a true black with no lighter silk strand showing. I knit it with black Sunday for a Friday Slipover and it’s a true black. Good luck!
Your Esther jacket is so beautiful! I already have the yarn and its waiting for me to cast on. So in love with this design! Your podcast is amazing, I don't think podcasters should ever apologize for the patterns they choose, since knitting is money, time and huge effort so they are free to knit whatever they choose :) Looking forward to your next videos!
You’ll love making the Esther jacket for sure. Yeah I realized that I do love and knit a lot of patterns by popular designers and I’m really okay with it 🤍
Finally catching up with your latest videos. I love all your garments!. We have a very similar taste. I haven't knit the weekend hat for the exact reason you mentioned. Even though I like the look on other people I know I don't like a super fat brim on myself. My favourite hat pattern so far is the dual loop beanie by Other Loops. It's perfect for me in terms of look and fit. The other hat pattern I like is the Musselburgh for it's simplicity but only in fingering weight (and I don't knit it on a tight gauge). Anything thicker than a fingering I wouldn't like for that one.
I ordered the Sandnes mohair in black (number 1099) and found out that it is actually more like anthracite. So i don't recommend it. I hate when black yarn is not deep black!
Yeah I was worried about that. A few people have suggested Knitting for Olive silk mohair in Licorice and Camarose Midnatssol in Black. I think those two are true black colors
Beautiful knits, thank you for sharing. If you tolerate alpaca well, maybe you could try the CaMaRose Midnatssol as an alternative to mohair in a black Champagne cardigan. It’s a matt black and doesn’t have that shiny core. I think We Are Knitters Touch Me Mohair is also matt but I’m not sure they do it in black..?
Was great to see you again - I enjoyed seeing all your lovely work!! I hope you don't stop your videos as I don't have intstagram so it was all new for me to see, and gave me a lovely hour to knit along with 😁 xx
I've just found your podcast and I'm SO HAPPY that I did - I love your energy, thank you for making videos! I totally agree with you about basic patterns being weirdly compulsive. I just finished a simple stocking st sweater and immediately started scheming yarn for another version in a different colour!
There are some patterns I could knit over and over again and not get bored. Stockinette used to bore me but I realize that I wear those sweaters a lot more 🤍
I'm glad I stumbled upon your podcast. You are a beautiful knitter and I love your aesthetic. The yarn you have chosen has really got into my head...thinking about all the lovely things that can be made. I also love the patterns you chose, especially the Norma sweater. Thanks so much for sharing your knitting with us. Cheers!
Your jacket is beautiful. You do beautiful work. Your hat is very nice however, it is in my opinion that a small is to little for you because you have a lot of thick hair like myself (that's how it appears on screen) and a small is to little for me.
That Esther Jacket is stunning on you. The color, the fit, everything!
Thank you! I love it so much 😊

Your video just popped up and I I saw this episode. Love hear you talking and your Esther jacket is stunning! Greetings from Denmark

Wow, that pistachio/apple green yarn combo is EVERYTHING! Went to check my local websites straight ahead, because I need it in my life!
It really is very pretty 🤍
Watching this while knitting on my own Esther Jacket! Just found your podcast and enjoy your relaxed style and project choices 😊
Ahh thank you 😊 I hope you’re loving the process of the Esther Jacket. Love your videos too 🤍
@@toksknits thank you!! ☺️
Love your style. The Ester Jacket looks so pretty on you!
Thank you!
Your Esther Jacket is stunning! 👏🏾 Your Eva Cardigan looks great. Love the cables of your Grayling V Neck.
Thank you thank you 🤍
I wasn’t sure about the Ester jacket, but yours turned out so beautiful it may have sold me on it!
It’s such a lovely pattern. It knits up quickly too 🤍
The jacket looks beautiful on you❤

Hi! I just found your podcast! You are amazing knitter, I'm so Wow! Greetings from Finland - Katri
Hi Katri!! So nice to have you here 🤍
I love your cardigan, it is beautiful, I also love the texture in the pattern. Your cable sweater is lush ❤
It’s so nice. Thank you 🤍
Your new jacket looks amazing on you!
Thank you so much 🤍
Your jacket is awesome! Missed you and glad you are back but also respect you taking time for life.
Thank you ❤️ hoping to post more often now
I just ordered simply wool aran to do the Esther. I hope it’s not too bulky …. Yours looks perfect with the worsted weight!
It should be fine. I think a few people on Ravelry also used Aran weight yarn.
omg i just finished the salty day sweater by kutovakika this petiteknit pattern is on my bucket list for this year. awesome video
Oh yay! You’ll love making it I’m sure 🤍

I feel your pain about the silk mohair and light core. I wish they would make darker colors with a dark core!
Yeah me too!!
Joyin, which tutorial do you use for Italian bind-off? there are some many tutorials out there and I am still struggling with my tension
I used the tutorial by Irina Revo. She has several of them, I think.
i saw your reddit post about the esther jacket and was in awe 🫶 your makes are magical i can’t wait to see more
Aww thanks so much for watching 🤍
So many lovely projects and beautifully knitted. Very inspiring. It takes me ages to knit anything and ages to decide on the wool and pattern. 😊
Thank you. It sometimes takes me forever to decide too 🤍
I love all the sweaters and colours you chose . Your adding to my already long list of to do’s. Thank you for taking the time to do these podcast.
Thank you! I love connecting with everyone on here 🤍🤍
Love all of your projects! WOW! Those cables. Can’t wait to see your next project cast on!❤
Thank you. Hoping to film another really soon

Oh I’ll have to check out the dual loop beanie. I’m scared I’ll never finish the Musselburgh if I knit it with fingering weight yarn.

Oh thank you! I was so worried the quality would be bad 🤍
Great outfit! Also the green Busan sweater of your other video looks stunning on you!

Oh thanks for letting me know that. I have used Midnatssol before on its own so I’ll check it out in black.
There is a slight glow from the tencel core in some colorways but nothing like the silk core of most mohairs x
Whatever you'll end up making with that green.l yarn, you're going to look AMAZING in it. Also, well done on your projects.
Thank you so much!

You may be right. I think I honestly just found it very exhausting to knit.
