    This is most likely going to be my next camera. I’ve watched like 10 different camera reviews at this point. Maybe I missed it but do you still use your dummy battery for the new camera? Glad that the overheating stopped!

      I haven’t had the need to use the dummy battery as of yet. I am planning my first live and I think I will use it for that.
      I really like the Sony line of cameras and the lens options you have from a qualifying and price standpoint.

    I upgraded to the fx30 from the a6500 only because of 4k 60 other than that I would’ve kept my a6500 .

      That's a nice camera with in-body image stabilization! Did you run into overheating in your recording style with the a6500?
