Hi guys, welcome to the channel or back to the channel if tou are already a subscriber 😊 In this video you will find 3 completely different breakfast options whilst using exactly the same ingredients.
1st option - baked oats - feels like your cheating and over indulging with a cake like feel to it
2nd option - conventional cooked oats - my typical go to option, 3 mins to make and really sets you up for the day with a warm hearty feel
3rd option - On the go overnight oats - oats soaked over night to allow for full expansion of the oats, combined with all the other ingrediants and blended up, results in an awesome filling on the go smoothie breakfast option.

Oats
Water
Almond Butter
Baking Powder
Protein Powder
Flavour Drops
Berries
Water
Simple and basic nutritional dense food, which makes for incredible tasting breakfast options.
