#WORKOUT ROUTINE
Step Back to Single Leg Squat: 4 x 7-10 repetitions per side
Frog Squat to Side Kick: 2 x 8-14 repetitions
Toe Split Squat: 4 x 7-10 repetitions per side
Rest 2 minutes between sets and exercises. This workout can be done 1-3 times per week.

I really enjoy your videos and find them very inspiring. I would like to form a regular workout routine to build strength, flexibility and toning. It would be helpful if you could post a beginners routine. For example, Monday work legs and then provide beginning, medium and advanced routines. Then Tuesday, Chest, Wednesdays Arms, etc.

Could you make a video with excercise for people with chondromalacia? It is so dificult find excercises for cuadriceps beacuse you can't flex the knee beacuse de patella hurts. All excercise are with a complete extension for the leg (isometric) and is so dificult gain muscle mass. Apologies for my english. I'm from Uruguay and I follow you. Good work!

Just curious. Do these movements (and other movements like these) constitute most of your leg training? Do you ever do barbell squats or deadlifts? I'm asking because I'm wondering if I can get reasonably good leg growth from doing solely bodyweight leg exercises like those shown in the video. Thanks!
Nowadays I do more and more bodyweight training for the legs. If I use weights, the weights are very light (20-40 kg). I create the resistance with the form, not loading with unnecessary weight. From my experience proper bodyweight training works way better than the weights for athleticism.
VAHVA Fitness okay brilliant:) so I am doing 3 different sessions of hill sprints x 10 sprints and interval runs , so 1 minute sprints as hard as you can and then 1 minute jog and repeat for 10 intervals, and finally I've also jump rope
So is this explosive enough. I haven't got access to my weights at the moment so looking for a way to build calfs and legs without weights which I hope can be done because I always see runners that do medium distance and cyclists with huge huge calves and these aren't athletes at the Olympic Games, just normal guys I see on the road/ friends who run or cycle

You can definitely get strong and big calves with bodyweight exercises and plyometrics alone. I have barely done any weights for my calves. The toe squats of this video are really good for calves!

What kind of shoe do you recommend for this? Im just wearing tennis shoes and I think others will work better.
All kinds of exercise shoes will work, but I prefer barefoot style of shoes

Thanks. It's fine for the knees (and actually good for strengthening them) unless there is imbalances or weaknesses in the legs. If there is pain, stop and do normal split squats instead.

Can you do exercises to reduce Sciatica? I think I have it but I'm not sure though. Numb from the back of the butt to the calf. Sometimes on both legs. I'd walk for 10 mins or so then it starts to numb. I play football every day and whenever it starts to numb I'll just endure it and kept playing lol. Help?
Not an expert in this medical condition, I would contact an expert. Strengthening the glutes and lower back may help, but can't say for sure
