black began to fade. I bought 1 set of cartridges and installed them. The black color decreased and the engine pump failed error started to appear. I cannot enter the reset section either. please help.. Could this malfunction be a motherboard fault? How should I fix it? I would be happy if you could help me on this matter.

after cleaning the head and installer in machine and compleet lockup every think i riceve this message on panel the printhead appears to be missing not detect ore incorrectly installed error code 0xcfd0002 how can i fix the error
