hello nice video, but just want to ask a small thing why doesn't the new banner well which is featuring skuld not appearing in my game both in normal and public test server, do i really need to hit a certain vip level to access new banners? im a new player btw sorry.
Do you mean by banner that pop up in a game when you try to login at the first? If that so then you need to download data completely in-game first. But if you mean by event banner which means featuring Norns, then you need to achieve something in-game. You can check on MLA social media to find out of it.
You already made a good decision so far. You can start build EB Shah Torre or Achlys as a damage dealer. But make sure not forgot also about Akashic and Angela. Good Luck!
