Love this video. Love that you show us on the map. Suggestion for future videos is to show 2 maps on screen. One zoomed into where you are talking about and another smaller on to show zoomed out so we can see how far away from downtown Austin. Thank you!
5:27 this is true. It’s pretty quick to get to downtown from Kyle buda. And if you can take the 45 toll to mopac and avoid 35 as much as possible, it’s a win. I live in the Circle C area and I avoid 35 like the plague. Is Mopac busy? Yeah during traffic hours, but at least Mopac is relatively pretty compared to the ugliness of 35
I think I'm looking for the impossible - 3,000+ sq. ft., lots of natural light, high ceilings, large rooms, large closets, large kitchen with island and electric stove, no exterior sliding doors, pool, very low maintenance yard, new or under 15 years old, very safe and quiet neighborhood in the Great Hills area. Haven't found it in 6 months of looking, although there's one that's just been listed that comes very close but I'm not familiar with the neighborhood it's in.

It’s amazing how variable traffic can be. Because sometimes I can get from round rock to downtown in 20mins.
