- Cooked, stuffed peppers recipe. Everyone cooks them like this in a fine tomato sauce, lightly sautéed and lightly fried so that the soup gets a nice smooth note..We love this lunch, my favorite is with red or orange peppers .. Feel free to write in the comment how you cook .. And I have various combinations, but today I wanted this very basic recipe that I usually prepare.

Ingredients and preparation:
about 15 peppers or you can make a couple of meatballs and spend less peppers
about 800 gr. minced meat
250 gr. onion
5 cloves of garlic
100 gr. carrots (does not have to)
150 gr. rice - rice (this amount of meat is dark)
a little primrose leaves
1 egg
with, pepper, dry spice to taste
1 tablespoon small red peppers
about 800 ml. boiled tomatoes (depending on how strong the taste and density is)
water (how much is enough to cover the peppers)
For spray:
about 30 ml. oils
1 tablespoon flour
Peel a squash, grate it and wash it.
Mix the meat with chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot, rice egg and spices.
Fill the peppers so that there is a smaller hole in the middle because the rice will swell during cooking.
Arrange in a sherpa, pour over the cooked tomatoes and water.
Cook on low heat for about an hour to an hour and a half. If the peppers rise from the juice, place a plate to press them.
Fry the flour briefly in heated oil and fry the dish.
Leave it to cook for a while. Serve with mashed potatoes. Pleasant!
