It looked delicious! I hate when people are snobby about DT food, like you said I’ve purchased bad meat from the grocery store! It would be an easy lunch to prepare and munch on.

Great video with great idea for munch-able lunch or dinner. I know many are “worried” about DT foods but it’s all under same standard as everything in the grocery store. Yes ppl miss place food at ANY store and you can get bad meat at Any store. It is a means for some people who have limited money, transportation issue, limited stores available to have a in this case steak for $3.00 smaller portion/frozen than grocery store. Thanks for sharing!

Yoy had me at "Cheap ass steak". I did a spit take and had to pause the video to collect myself. I wasn't ready for that. We live off grid, so quick and easy, inexpensive meals are the way to go. We could satisfactorily munch for dinner or lunch on that recipe. Use the steak and ramen with our homestead chicken or duck eggs, Viola! Breakfast us served.

Hell, I don't care if the meat came from dollar tree or world's greatest butcher, you won't catch me a munchin' on any meats! I don't mind MUNCHing on those trunks in the DT broccoli. I separate them out from the florets, and then cut them into bite size pieces, and make cheddar broccoli soup with them.
My DT doesn't have the selection yet of most but its still in the process of expanding the coolers/freezer area. I'll definitely try this once we get the $3 & $5 options.

This Dollar Tree by my the freezer section is empty for the past month. I never buy any frozen food from there anyway. Because I brought some cream cheese from there once and it was spoiled! But I have a co-worker that loves those ribeye steaks from there. I the shelf food often. But I noticed that they just have thin pasta now 😮
I am DYING to try the sriracha! My DT has the sweet chili sauce and it’s so good!

@julesretrochannel it's not really about the ingredients, it's the fact that the dollar tree doesn't have food standards. I've gone into dollar trees and they have random food items left out everywhere, including meat. It's probably rare but it's a possibility that anyone can frozen items out of the freezer section, leave it in a non refrigerated section and put it back in the refrigerated section a week later.
It's funny how you pay more at dollar tree for certain items. The stake being one of them. 2.99# at the grocery store, broccoli 99-cents ahead everything else the same price. Oh yeah you can get 80% ground hamburger for 2.99 a pound and make hamburger patties yourself no mystery meat included! So if you buy your meat on sale from the grocery store you get twice as much for the same price.

The only thing about DT food that makes me angry is when I can find my things cheaper in my grocery store 😂. I find name brands at DT cheaper a lot of times. As for meat I don’t buy that at DT only because I have tooooo many to buy for. Thank you for this recipe. It looks delicious!!!! I would MUNCH this if it were just me and my husband BUT I always have grandkids and now grand babies who think they HAVE to stop here and Munch!!! 😂😂😂

I havent seen the steak at my local dollar tree in a long time. I thought they did away with that. Do they still sell the $1 one

the ramen meal has about 500% of the recommended daily value of sodium, I mean waaaay to much
I'm not sure where you're getting that from since you don't use the packet that comes with it, but if sodium is an issue for you don't make it
