Great ideas! I love those microwaveable rice packets, they are so quick and easy. That Butterfinger pie looks awesome!! I may want to try something similar but with Reese's peanut butter cups.
Hey Arnold, I'm a new one here (but must be a real one too). 😉 I recently moved & found out that there's a DT close to me (10 mins via my mobility scooter) and absolutely fell in love with it. I was like a kid in a candy store. I hadn't been in one before then. I found out that its the perfect place for me since I'm on limited income & if I can get it there then I won't have it delivered by WM. I loved all your meal (& dessert) ideas, and looking forward to more of them.
You gotta try the $1.25 breakfast burritos - my husband loves them - so the snickers ice cream bars Try the gnocchi for a easy meal or the pasta with their tomato-basil spice
Hi Sarah, you worked hard on this video!!! Just a thought on your pie… try mixing in some vanilla ; two teaspoons, see if it sparks it up. My favorite, besides Arnold, was the shrimp and rice for sure. It’s funny, but I made beef fajitas for the first time tonight and they were out of sight. I plan on doing a video this week on these fajitas they were that good. Thank you Sarah always the best
Thanks for sharing! It seems like Walmart may be a better deal if you're on a budget and give you more affordable options. But if you are limited to DT, the tuna, salmon, rice and frozen fruit and veggies seem like they could be a good healthy options.

I have to say you did a great job on the meals! I really enjoyed this video and remember when I was raising my three boys I did all kind of meals to save on money when they were home in the summer!
Great lunches/dinner! For pie maybe use butterscotch or vanilla pudding either 4 pack or add milk kind with 1/4 cream cheese and cool whip for sweet flavor. I know dollar tree has 4 pjs if jello pudding flavors variety but really any would work.
The breakfast burrito looked tasty, Maybe add some salsa or hot sauce? The shrimp meal looked really good. The dessert I would try but tweek some of the ingredients 😊 Love your videos ❤️ omg you had me cracking up at " cheap and easy" 🤣

Oh my word those dishes look amazing!!!! I believe I’m gonna try to make that pie to celebrate my brother in law next month, it looks so simple to make but absolutely stunning afterwards. If you’ve never watched her, Rachel Resets has some great videos using $tree foods. I was able to recreate one for my family and it was such a hit! I’m so thankful for you and your videos, Arnold you having a wonderful summer with your babies, that’s the best part about motherhood! I miss mine being little and bugging me all day 😜
Loved the concept of the video. This is a great reference for those that are either on a tight budget or don't really cook. Here's my feedback: Scramble: I make scrambles often and I agree with you, it definitely needed some peppers/onions and some real cheese. I would've used butter instead of oil, seasoned the eggs and thrown that fake squeeze cheese away. And of course adding my own seasonings for flavor. Smoothie: 😖 I don’t do chia seeds or overnight oats. And the smoothie looked watery. May need to be try freezing it slightly...🤷🏾♀️ Pizza Melt: Definitely gonna try. I think I would do it in a skillet tho like a grilled cheese Chili Shrimp: 🎯 Dessert: I'm gonna try this with Snickers and add vanilla extract. Idk where the bitterness came from, maybe cause the cream cheese is a "blend." Lemon juice or more sugar may have killed the bitternes, but I think the condensed milk was a smart move. As always, I love your videos and appreciate your HONEST feedback!

That breakfast dish looked so promising! I love hashbrowns! I might have added a little Ro*Tel (or similar concoction) it would have added some salty and other flavor interest if it's bland, but I have a tendency to add RoTel to everything. lol I have to admit- the shrimp thing looked tasty- but I can't do shrimp. I've tried. lol The butterfinger pie looked amazing. It all looked intriguing. I like to experiment. I really like the Everything Bagel seasoning. Love a subtle cronch. 😊
They still carry milk at my store but it's in a pretty small container and Dollar Tree has completely stopped carrying eggs because of the price, so I just used the three that were in my fridge.

a good tip for frozen veggies is to rinse them in warm water to get the frost off and start the thawing/ cooking process

The breakfast skillet looked good but I’d just use real potatoes instead and probably add onion and jalapeño to it 😊

I have noticed that the dollar trees that i usually go to frequently no longer carry eggs and liquid milk i wonder why ?
