Gorgeous choice of materials including texture and colors. It makes me think of water, sand and rocks.

What a lovely generous video, so beautifully explained and I love the touch of blue sari silk. I weave the same way - no plans so it’s slow but very pleasant. Thank you, I am looking forward to seeing more of your videos, just discovered you.

Oohh yes I'm interested in seeing more weaving as I've just got my first loom. I love the finished piece, such lovely texture. I found it very interesting seeing how you warped up leaving spaces between to allow the texture to show through and as I spin a lot of bulky art yarn that's one technique I'll be using. Thank you

Loved your creations! Just subscribed and hope to see more of you creating your beautiful fibers into spun yarn and then into your lovely creations!

I love seeing your in progress projects, it's great to know the start and finish for fiber. Your stole, scarf and hat are all just lovely, as was your hair and makeup, that was a great shade of red lipstick. Weaving is on my "someday " list, so I love watching videos on it.

I'm fairly new to your RUclips channel but I've loved all the videos I've watched so far! Very informative but down to earth! Learned a lot and will continue to watch. Thanks so much for sharing your talents and your life!

I love watching your videos and the way you let us follow along even when things aren't always perfect.
A tip is to cut your fabric in an angle, to make a smoother less bulky start and end.

Have just watched this video for the second time as I am interested in learning to spin art yarn/locks (I’m a newbie spinner and weaver!!). You are so inspiring and I love that you showed several things that you have made/started. I have only found ‘cowls’ so far on RUclips and was beginning to wonder if that was literally all I would be able to make with art yarn! I especially benefitted from hearing your thought processes as you designed your piece of weaving - I am just beginning to weave on a tiny rigid heddle loom my husband made me and am following patterns religiously atm!! Nice to see that feelings and imagination can come into play! Thank you

I would love to see another art yarn video using your ashford knitter loom. I have a 20 inch knitters loom and sometime look for new ways to weave with it.

Love it, love it. I questioned it originally as a scarf but it looks great on the diagonal. Hope you find a old horn button to add to the rustic look.

Hi Stephanie, I am subscribed to you channel! I really enjoy your videos. I would like to learn to do art yarn, thick in part and unusual yarn combos, etc... And I would like to use the tools you are using. Could you do a tutorial on how to pick a carding drum, brushes, mat and spinning tools. What works for you? What do you like? Thank you so much. I really appreciate it! Keep making beauty! Thank you again.

Love the way you've used the art yarn. I've just started spinning so am creating quite a bit of it unintentionally. Now I have ideas of how to use it!

Whether or not you would have the warp more noticeable is Also dependant on how tight you have your tension on your loom. Have a look at tapestry weavings.

Thank you 😊 for this demo. I love the combo of sari silk and your fluffy, luscious art yarn. Beautiful! A gorgeous scarf, too. What size knitting needles? ❤️ the irregular long open stitches.

You say you are new to weaving, but maybe partially because of that you do not have a lot of "rules" clouding your artistic vision. More weaving please!
Also sending good thoughts your way for a speedy recovery for your husband.

It would be nice if you would do some preparation, it looks very unprofessional : the camera moving and adjusting while filming, the talk about the mess around you....( don’t or clear it or both) , lot of euuuuh.
Such a pity, because the ideas are nice.
