    Low light plans are the right choice, which can bring beautiful look to our aquarium without having to give so much lights. Java Fern is a great plant which can look good in every light conditions. The leaf structure of the plant is very unique. Anubias Barteri is the best plant to have in our aquarium. The plant can grow easily without having us to worry about it being eaten by fish. Thank you so much for doing this video.

    Pearl Weed (dwarf baby tears) is not for low light tank. Usually, brightly green colored plants need more light

    • @jazzkatt1919
      @jazzkatt1919 Год назад

      I think most of the "carpeting" plants suggested here really only form a good, thick carpet in higher light. Under low light, they tend to get taller and leggier, from what I understand.

    • @Schah375
      @Schah375 Год назад

      Pearl weed is not baby tears. You can use pearl weed as carpeting plant if you trim it regularly. It will grow horizontally instead of vertically.
      Scientific name for dwarf baby tears is Hemianthus callitrichoides “cuba“.

    Java fern always died on me.
    amazon swords dwindle if not a lot of root tabs or substrate
    val also seems to die if too low light or poor substrate
    anubias will die if top of aquarium too close to light.

    I have absolutely no idea why, but the lady's voice in this video reminds me of that crazy blonde chick from my hero acedemia. funny thing is i haven't even really watched mha like, at all, i only know of the crazy girl character cuz of people talking about her and ofc i've seen like clips from the show and stuff. don't really know exactly why this lady reminds me of that, i think it's just something about the way she puts more enthusiasm in her voice for the video.
    most content creators don't talk irl the way they do in their videos, some do, but most usually play their voice up a bit more and will try to make it sound louder or more enthusiastic which isn't a bad thing (actually in many cases it's a good thing) but idk, i just felt like pointing it out for some reason.

      @AquariumStoreDepot  Год назад +1

      Ludwigia natans ‘Super Red’ would be the best to try. However it’s not really a low tech plant. It require more advanced lighting and does better with CO2. All red plants need iron to stay red. I’ll do a video on red plants in the future
