That’s probably the best guitar solo I’ve heard on this song from any of the players Paul has had. I love how he referenced the original solo. Beautiful
I'm loving these rehearsal performances, they sound and look fresher than the big stage ones. There's a carefree and natural nuance here that is missing in the more controlled concert mood
This is my favorite song from Paul. Seeing this rehearsal is extra special since I love watching people in their element like this. Creating music in a relaxed easy environment and singing a beautiful love song,...Ahhh! Feels a little heavenly to me!
Awesome. I love the beginning when Paul whistles some melody distractedly, and Robbie does the same melody on guitar and Paul immediately recognizes what he's doing and looks up. (also Paul's whistling is always so nice to hear) And I don't usually even listen to the whole ''My Love'' but it sounds pretty nice here. Thanks for posting!
You are welcome. Well, this was 1993. In 1995 we both had a short film in the London Film Festival (Paul's was "Grateful Dead," a series of Linda's photos set to music). So I saw him there. Around 2000 I ran into Mary in Central Park and had a little hello. She had a little baby in her arms.
@@ExtremeBeatlesArchive Wow, that's so cool. As a life long Paul fan I'm so grateful not only for the fantastic footage but also for the time you're taking to reply to us fans comments.
Robbie McIntosh is a terrific guitarist but he really overdid it with the 80s-90s'chorus' effect on his guitarwork. I guess Paul was okay with that but Rusty Anderson does not do this, thankfully.
Deveria ser reeditado se forma de dar enfase no solista naquele momento, intercalando oytras cenas com toda a banda... Ok ! Uma andirinha SÓ, não faz verão...
I appreciate your comment-- translated: (It should have been re-edited in order to emphasize the soloist at that moment, interspersing other scenes with the whole band... Ok ! A single swallow does not make a summer) Poetic. But I have only my camera so no editing is possible.
How is he that good at piano?? how is he so good at everything!!? My mind just can't comprehend the insane amount of talent this man got.
それは分かりませんが、彼が天才なのは分かりますね❤
It’s bc music permeates every cell of his body.

Agreed. Much less pressure, much more room for enjoyment & it shows.
Exactly! I never really liked the overproduced 93 live sound... this is way more natural
ですね❤
これが本当の感じかもね
The opening chord is completely magical, it sets the whole mood for the song. Think its a Bbmaj7. Paul is pure genius.
One of the best songs of Paul always
Yes!
That was amazing, what a beautiful performance. Paul is beyond superb. Super band.
Love the relaxed atmosphere
The drummer is playing too loud for nothing, just for that, I wouldn't say it is a relax version.
Superb performance
Ain't it so...

@@ExtremeBeatlesArchivethis is the first time I saw the video rehearsal of My Love..I was just 8 year old way back in 1993..thnks by the way
Not fair that he and those musicians so talented… But I guess life isn’t fair, is it?
he had such a cool style in 93, then about 3/4 years passed and he became a man of class bahahaha
Robbie McIntosh is a terrific guitarist but he really overdid it with the 80s-90s'chorus' effect on his guitarwork. I guess Paul was okay with that but Rusty Anderson does not do this, thankfully.
Closeups are way toooooo close. Pans are also toooooo fast.
There's always one isn't there
