If it wasnt for Brady, I would be forced to pay the dealer whatever they want for repairs. A 20 minute phone call to Tetra D Group has saved me many thousands of dollars so far. plus not having to tow the machine a hour to the dealer is a huge benefit. Thank you so much
Brady, since taking ownership of a bobcat toolcat 5600 a couple years ago, I have found your channel, and have really appreciated your in-depth knowledge, as well as extremely well edited content. Such a great wealth of information. On a side note, without knowing more information, it seems like you have parted ways with the dealer you previously worked for, which also strikes a personal cord with myself. I had worked for a Carrier Transicold dealer, repair and maintenance of transport refrigeration equipment. Once they let me go, I started my own business and became very anti-dealer, very much like how you sound now lol. Honestly it has been a great blessing in disguise, and I wish nothing but the best for you, as it seems you are content on sharing your knowledge, and your heart is in the right place. Love the content, as well as the great insights, keep up the great work.
Brady, I've said this before and will say it again. You are the best and most generous person I know. You have literally saved me thousands of dollars in repairs by watching your content. Thank you and I hope you keep it up.
Your tools and talent are inspiring. It is great to see individuals such as yourself competing with large industrial organizations which have wider resources but not necessarily deeper talent pools than you as an individual, and I suspect a large number of owner/operators are also an individual entity. Much rather do business with an individual rather than a building. Appreciate your time and effort.
I ran into this exact problem swapping and engine on a Takeuchi TL240. The engine swap was very straightforward. Will not start. Turns out the ecu controls the injection pump and needs to be programmed with special Yanmar software. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a yanmar Tech with a laptop out with no success supposedly they are coming tomorrow. I found the wire connector boxes and software to read info and codes but no luck finding the software that has the ability to reprogram or reflash the ecu. It has been a frustrating process and a prime example of why right to repair is so important. These electronic controlled engines and dealers really have you by the balls. It would be nice if the mfg's would adopt a standard interface like ODB2 in vehicles. I am glad to see you have come out with your own solution for bobcat.
I currently work a Bobcat dealership. I always feel bad telling a customer that he's gotta bring his machine in just for injectors or a fuel pump or stuff like like that. I try an help people out the best I can without running risk of losing my job. Im glad you are getting more options out there for folks. If/when i start my own shop ill probably be buying the whole kit from y'all
Great video!!!, I’m a diesel Tech and I build Diagnostic laptops as well with every piece of software imaginable. Now I have another alternative for my customers to get the cables besides the dealer thanks.
If you don’t wanna spend all the money buying Jaltes or Diesel laptop . I highly recommend you buy the complete kit with the laptop. I purchased a UVIM and let me tell you it works better than my Diesel laptop. Thank you,Sir.
Any of you ever seen a bobcat t66 with a bad pump? I have one with 1500 hrs and needs 14k worth of pump and whatnots. Always been serviced and never a problem till now. Just been used moving a little dirt and gravel, nothing bad.
Subscriber here with a question. I have a 2024 Bobcat S62 skid steer. Bought it new. I have 21 hrs on it. Im in Cheyenne Wy. Doesnt get a lot of use. Went out to start it and the battery was dead. Put a good charger on it over night. Just started it up with no issues but it has a P068A ECU relay code. I shut it down and restarted to see if it wouldclear the code. It will not clear. Any suggestions? Thank you.
T595 with new gear pump and boom is so weak it will barely lift? Motion is fine . Bucket tilts and lifts empty only. Should I be looking at coils on the valve or where else could be a pressure restriction? Thank you sir
Hello everybody, my bobcat t450 has an intermittent code ( r7404 ) “no communication with main controller " when this code shows up it won’t let me do nothing and after 10 seconds approximately he turns off… if I wait 10 mins or more i can start it again and everything works perfectly but the code comes back again after a few minutes he only do that after 2 hours of working with it approximately…. I checked everything, grounds, alternator and wiring and I don’t see anything wrong. Please if anyone had this same issue let me know thanks
So glad I moved away from working on electronic diesels. Almost all of my equipment now still runs mechanical injection with very little to no electronics. Needing multiple scan tools to talk to multiple modules on an engine less than 100hp makes no sense. Thanks governments lol
I love my mechanical diesels. So simple and reliable. I recently found out if I would have bought one year earlier for my excavator I would have got a bulletproof mechanical zero emissions Kubota v2403 in it, but instead my 2018 is an electronic high pressure common rail 2403 with EGR and DPF. Im pissed.,
What kind of software do I need to troubleshoot no auxiliary hydraulic on 05 bobcat t300. I'm over 100 miles from my nearest dealership, and they need at least a month before they can look at once I drop it off. I've tried to find a tech in my area, but nobody has time to look at my machine. I've been trying for over a year to fix this issue. I'm beyond frustrated.

I think what guys are going is awesome. I have bobcats I can't do anything on the electrical side. I just want to say thank you.
Hats off to you young man:)))

Does this work with all modern Bobcat machines or only skid steers? I have 2021 E60 R2
@Browndog1930 works on all Bobcat equipment from year 2000 to present day machines, including the excavators up to the E88.
Would you be able to update service analyzer after new updates are available?
No Problem
I just spent big money on a jaltest setup that they claim will do “everything” they offer bobcat cables…but no control box like that. 🤔
I have a D7569 code how would I repair that?
