Donald Clark sorry Donald but that’s complete bullshit. They have built just over 130 since they went into business which was many years ago. So 80 per year is marketing department hyoe.

@@er5650 From GSO? Yes, but just barely assuming full fuel and minimum load otherwise. With passengers and/or heavy luggage you'll need to stop in Florida or Cuba.
81 gallons per hour in cruise? I’m impressed. That’s actually very respectable economy for an aircraft this size. Better than many turboprops, at much higher speed.

Such a great aircraft. its not cheap, but at the same time, in regards to its size, its the best in class for certain. Its a little giant killer. For the price you can get a much larger turbo prop but you wont get the same speed and luxury. The thing has its own lavatory, a major feature for its size. Its almost the perfect private jet imo. If it had a similar emergency auto land feature such as employed in the vision jet, (hats off to them for such a great feature), and im sure at some point Honda will if not Must consider a equally capable system. that would tie ends off for me aa the perfect private jet.
Idk, its range is standard, is slower than a phenom 100, has a less than desirable RoC for a jet with 2/3 fuel capacity and is more expensive than competitors, or even newer second hand options. Those G3000s are nice though lol.
@@BurschlagWell thats not true at all, In comparisons The Phenom lost to the Honda Jet on almost all measure. The p100's range advantage is less than 34 miles. Why is the dashboard (whatever you call it) so high? There is no engine in front, right? Looks like the upper portion could end at the Garmin screens' upper edges.
Not that I could afford one but it seems to be top tier compared to its competitors. Already a game changer in the light jet market this version takes the bar to a higher level. The only thing I wonder about is the nacelle design itself. How the wing and spar handle the loads placed on it over time as opposed to rear empennage mounting.
Fadic4 well… The airplane was designed in the 1990s, took until 2015 to get certified and first delivery and they’ve made approximately 130. Hardly a booming success story. Jets at the small end of the market do not have a lot of profit margin so just over 30 per year is not good.
Guess I’m old school a little. I like not having auto throttles. Even though they do help with workload, I feel complacency will greatly increase. Research the crash at SFO that was a visual approach. It is getting to a point that to much automation is making pilots more dumb dumb.
