Grenfell Tower Inquiry: First Report Released | This Morning

Following a two-year investigation into the Grenfell Tower disaster - today, the long-awaited first report from the public inquiry has been published. The report pinpoints ‘systemic’ failures by the London Fire Brigade (LFB) - including the use of the now-notorious ‘stay-put’ strategy. But, it also acknowledges the ‘extraordinary bravery and selfless determination' of the firefighters on duty. After being amongst the first to access the report, Alice Beer joins us from our offices in Holborn. We’ll also be joined by Grenfell survivors, Miguel and Ines Alves, who are here alongside Fire Safety Expert, Bob Parkin.
