We stopped and picked them up and put them over the curb, but not before the wife had a quick look and pet. They are sooo soft. They ran over to mom and once again, all was right with the world.

They are really cute birds. I work at a golf course and every morning they'd be running around one spot of the parking lot. I knew nothing about the broken wing act thing until i looked it up because she used it on me and I thought she was really hurt. An adult and the first babies i've ever seen in the wild. 2 of them,. They hung around for about 10 days and I haven't seen them since 🥹hopefully back next spring.

I don't think so. As far I as know the newborns can walk the day they are born and the parents take them to Food but they have to feed themselves.
