    Looks like a brand new car! I’m in China and 981 GT4 wasn’t introduced here. I own a 981C and it helps!

    Excellent video and instruction. Pace was good. Love the way you snaked the new one into place by using the old broken one. Been patching mine with tubes for the last two years until I decided it was time to replace it!

      I did the same thing. I had the part for 6 months before i replaced it. I had mine patched at well.

      You can pick up some vacuum hose from a parts store and bridge the break

    Hi
    What are the name (item no) of those wheels? Do they fit a “normal” 981 ?

    • @gtmachine6134
      @gtmachine6134  6 месяцев назад

      They will fit a normal 981. They are the factory GT4 wheels that come in 20 in. Here is the part number for the set 981-044-603-02 They are staggered rims.

    Is that the OEM plastic corrugated hose or a rubber hose?

    • @gtmachine6134
      @gtmachine6134  Год назад

      That is all factory. That is why it breaks. Just a poor design or bad material for that area of flexing

    I need to do this fix. Where did you source the part?

    • @gtmachine6134
      @gtmachine6134  Год назад +1

      I got it from my local Porsche Dealer Porsche of Annapolis If you search around you might be able to find a better deal if your not local I'll edit the description and put the part number in there.
