The only thing I dislike about this record is that it ends. Steve’s voice is one of the truly great British voices. Russ Stableford’s bass line is iconic too. ✌🏻💜☀️

Simply amazing, Steve has and always been, and still up there with the best of male vocalists.
I would love to see Steve Ellis appear on TV at some point periodically even if its only short appearances as we dont see enough of him, he has done some great stuff as many of us know from the 60's onwards and it would be wonderful to see a performer who many of us love from the memorable songs he did with love Affair and also as a solo singer. He surely would outclass the many bland, and sorry not very talented performers we often see today.

When I was 11/12 I used to hear one of his solo hits called "El Doomo" on the radio.
For forty years I never knew who recorded it or what it was called, but I loved it's haunting quality very much.

This was fantastic. I came to know Love Affair about 20 years ago after their music showed up on RUclips early on. I immediately purchased a compilation CD by the band and I am a fan ever since. Steve is an amazing singer and artist.

Thank you to whoever keeps the Steve Ellis Official Site updated. Without that I couldn't have found this! After I listened to the AmazonUS version of this with the headphones I prompltly pre-ordered the mp3 album for the April 20 release. The man is still outstanding.
